Played the 3rd Mets vs Marlins game with the changes. I lost 5-0. Clay Hensliy pitched 8 innings of 2 hit ball with 1 Bb and 7 k's vs me. Both were IF singles and one was a bunt single and after both of those i was cs (1 hit and run)I got a single in the 9th, but didn't score so I was 3 hits. Chris Young went 5 innings allowed 4 runs and K'd 6. He walked 1 or 2. My pen allowed 1 run in 3 innings. I hit some liners, but none got though. Whenever I do power swing I either swing and miss(mostly) or fly out to shallow of. I didn't hit any homers in the 3 games

OK people, I think what's on the 1st page will be final until the PATCH hits. If the PATCH changes game play, we can update the 1st page as needed.

What are you thinking as far as injury frequency slider for Franchise Joe?

I'm not gonna start my franchise until it's confirmed the Fatigue Bug & Injury Frequency issue are addressed.(PATCH) From what I've heard even if you set it to 0 injuries still happen..

Joe, I would think that even with the Freq slider @ 0... there should still be a chance for injury, should just be few/far between. Too me, if a person wanted zero injuries in their franchise, they could just turn injuries OFF. Why have the 0 setting result in no injuries, when a person could just turn injuries OFF in the 1st place?

I just ran a test. I started a test Franchise with the Cubs. Simmed up to the Futures game. I had 2 injuries on the Cubs, both in May (Soriano, Pena). Nothing Career/Season ending as both came back off the DL. No more injuries, the rest of the way. (This is PC version).

As far as the League, the following screenshot shows who is currently injured. What do you guys think?

RGmoney, thanks for posting that. My gut says we get a PATCH before Opening Day(2 weeks from now) If by Opening Day no PATCH arrives. I'll begin my franchise.

BTW where do you have your Injury Frequency Slider set to?

No prob Joe. Those results are with INJ Freq = 0. Also, the Cubs suffered no injuries during Spring Training.

I'm with you on the patch. I would love to see the in-game fatigue bug fixed. As stated before, there is fatigue throughout the league in the SIM games.

Probably a little low @ 0. Think about it, just about every team has SOMEONE on the DL by the middle of the season. Only 4 people on the DL in all of MLB would be very rare.

Could you try the same thing with it set @ 25 and repost? I play on XBOX360 and don't have a real good way to post screen shots.

Im just not seeing unreal injuries in my Reds season. I have played 8 games on have only seen one injury, Chapman was injured with a pulled muscle and missed 4 days.
By the way I am playing with injuries at default.

Agree Blazzen. I just saw Joe's post about injuries still happening @ 0... wanted to see some things myself at the opposite end of the spectrum. lol Will try @ 25 and post back later.

Joe, your sliders are the best and they give me a realistic game of baseball. After playing about 10 or 15 games on these sliders, I am convinced that errors rarely happen due to the difficulty level of Legend. I have cranked up the error sliders for both human and cpu to 100.

Otherwise, I love the pitch speed at 100. At 75, I have too much time to decide on whether to swing or not. As a former baseball player myself, you really shouldn't have that much time to decipher pitch location. Especially at the majors level, I can imagine it's a split second reaction. Pitch speed at 100 replicates this action.

Love the sliders and I should mention I did not change the recent hitting tweaks as I thought it was fine to begin with, depending on your skill level.

Played one game with your sliders, and got smoked 10-0, Rockies vs White Sox I was Colo.
Burhle vs Jimenez. Only got 3 hits vs him and Jimenez got rocked for 2 inside the park homers by Rios. Those balls hit in the gaps are unplayable, and a sure triple or inside the park homer. I'll reserve judgement for now. Hitting or lack there of is ridiculous in this game.
