Re: More Barry Bonds steroids stuff on ESPN radia right now

The sad thing in all of this is that Bonds will still be cheered at Pac Bell and will still be a first-ballot HOFer. Bank it.

At this point I'm convinced that a video could surface of Barry injecting himself with steroids, beating up a kid, and then burning a US flag and it wouldn't make a damn bit of difference in either of the two things I mentioned above.

He, McGwire, and Sosa were Selig's golden boys and they put baseball back in the public's good graces with their steroid-induced longball displays. Looking back as a fan of the game, I feel like an absolute chump for marveling at their so obviously illegally-achieved accomplishments.

I find it funny that two reporters put out the book without putting their names on it. Be a man and back up what you say. Something is seriously wrong with people today when you have to bring someone else down to raise yourself up. Even if he did use steroids you still have to put in the work in the gym it's not a magic pill/liquid that the media wants you to believe. There is no such thing as a level playing field in sports, never has been and never will be.

Sad that this story is overshadowing the death of Kirby Puckett. All the talk shows are focused on Bonds. In any event, please retire Barry for the love of the game.

Work in the gym? If that's the case then I vote Arnold and the Hulk to the hall of fame!

And there names are Mark Fainaru-Wada and Lance Williams. They didn't even attempt to hide it.

I am 95% certain Bonds, Sosa, Mac will not get into the Hall of Fame. Writers arent stupid they know all three are cheaters. The way to get back at the guys are to not vote them into the hall. Since Pud Selig has no balls to use the best interest clause and throw them out of the league.

Ok, I didn't realize that. I was just seen it on ESPN's bottomline.

How are they raising themselves up if they don't put their names on the book?

The authors have actually been on quite a few talk shows today can't remember their names though.

Ok, I'll tell you how. If they ever find concrete proof he used steroids they would be on all of the morning news shows the next day revealing their true identities.

The motives would be money and instant celebrity status.

Barry's regime is documented in the Balco paper's this is federal evidence. This isnt he said she said anymore. Barry should be burned at the stake. He's human garbage.

What I dont understand is, why these morons who wrote the book didnt release this information before? What could possibly possess them to hold out this "information"?
