Not sure what that means.

I'll tell ya.... the Phils are less games out of the wild card race at this point than the Cards were last year. If they can get this clicking and the bullpen can start pitching smarter, they could make it interesting. Gotta pull for the Nats right now.

And as I say that, Rosenberg gives up a solo bomb to Prado.

The Rangers called up Jurickson Profar to be the backup SS....so today the Rangers plan to give Elvis Andrus some rest, and he'll be the DH today. So what does Ron Washington do? Instead of starting one of the best prospects in baseball, he starts one of the worst hitters in the American League (and one of the worst fielders), Michael Young.


Sigh.

It's funny how the Jays lost today in a similar fashion as the Rays did yesterday.

Tigers have taken the 1st two games of the series against the W/Sox. Verlander vs Sale tomorrow night, and I wouldn't be surprised if Leyland plays all the bench guys, despite still being a game back. (Raburn & Kelly basically).

The thing that pisses me off is our home/road splits. We're outstanding at home, but under .500 on the road. We go on the road to KC, get swept and then go home and have a chance at sweeping the ChiSox.
