    Re: MLB Off-Topic

I don't know about a longer streak, but its definitely not the same individuals that are receiving it week after week. And its not constantly "superstars/faces of the game" who are receiving it either.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

From Manfred comments it seems that when the automated strikezone arrives they are gonna go with a less accurate version of it on purpose to preserve...pitch framing.

Is this gonna be like MLB the show where you can have a fixed strike zone or a "variable" one?

I can see it now…tonight the “Angel Hernandez” model is behind the plate, so buckle up.

Nah man, they'll partner with SDS, nab the MLB The Show algorithms, and get the likes of Porter Callahan and Dutch Nelson.

We need analytics for this too.

"Tonight we have the Angel Hernandez strike zone. Hitters are hitting .250 with a .400OBP in the last 10 games with this strike zone."

I thought the Bronx Zoo series on Peacock about the 1990 Yankees was pretty good. Hopefully Mel Hall never steps foot out of prison

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.
