Yea I did because I thought those were the only renovations going on right now. I didn't know about all of the other stuff going on.

Jeff Passan article about the same subject. Another way to boost offense. Allow Steroids, like you did in the late 80s to the early 2000's.

Do these guys even listen to themselves when they make these proposals?

They want to shorten game time one week and come back the next week with an idea to increase offensive production? Polar opposites.

Awful idea. So they want to be become the NBA now?

Actually, boosting offense and shortening games aren't mutually exclusive.

                  There's a pretty high correlation.

Very high chance it increases the lengths of games.

Shorter games AND more offense? It's possible

No reason to believe that trend wouldn't continue with more offense.

Coming up on the part of the season I hate to love at times. Spring training starting up, meaning regular season is coming too!

Reason I hate it...cause I know no matter how excited I might be for this time of the year, by July is when Jays no longer play meaningful baseball & are usually out of playoff picture. It's nice to enjoy the time from March-June many seasons, but after that, things get sad to watch.

At least I got my tickets already for regular season. This is earliest I've ever bought them, decided to rush into it now instead of waiting, cause waiting doesn't always guarantee getting the seats I want(cause sometimes they release good seats closer to the day of the game, doesn't always happen though) and I found some good seats early on so I went and got them right away.

You're that pessimistic after acquiring two elite players in the same offseason? lol

Ok so I was just reading an article on Bleacher Report about upcoming lefty pitching prospects. And like I usually do I go into the comments sections to see what angry fans are saying that they missed pitcher x he is going to be nasty this year. And the most recent comment on the article was this:
Pretty excited about having kershaw, urias 1,2 punch potentially end of this year or next year..Grienke probably will be gone by then so for LA to stay as an elite rotation, urias will need to have an impact..ryu will still be there by the time urias gets a shot so only thing is I'm worried about the rotation being a little lefty heavy..anyone have thoughts?

Showtyme, is this at all possible that Urias makes his debut this year and is the Dodger number 2 next year? I mean there's no chance right he hasn't pitched above the Rookie League yet.

Why are you so pessimistic man? The Jays played meaningful baseball up til September last year and that team got decimated by injuries. This year's team looks to be more durable AND better with the young kids making strides and the addition of Donaldson and Martin.
