Looks that way. I'm curious as to what they found.

If it's just a clean up like they're hoping it's 4-8 weeks. If it needs reattachment it's 6 months. We won't know till Tuesday.

Will be interesting to see how this affects Duquette/Blue Jays.

Seeing as how Duquette is still with the O's I can't see how they can file tampering charges. Even if the O's are successful with that they can't expect much at all because Duquette is still there. Now, if the Jays were successful in their bid to lure him away that'd be a different story altogether.

Didn't the NHL fine the Leafs a few years back for tampering, re: the Sedins?

Fined for tampering and didn't even come close to signing them? Sounds like a Laffs move.

I can't remember offhand but looking online they were fined for making comments about the Sedins. I dunno, saying you would love to have someone on your team and actually doing it are two different things. While yes, the Blue Jays did try to lure Duquette they didn't get him AND they did try to work out a deal for him so the worst I could see is a fine.

What could the Rays get from the Cubs if they tampered?

I remember when it started they said it could of been prospects
