    He's looking at a 25 game suspension.
The article you linked said he is looking at being entered into a rehab program. Because his prior issues did not occur while he was on an MLB roster, so he could avoid suspension.

That's if he agrees to do the program. Which I am sure he will obviously.

I saw the Seattle one on Facebook and almost bought it. They're badass, I wish it included MLS/NBA teams

Feel bad for Hamilton. Good on him to come forward.

                  I do.

It's a drug that causes cancer. Why should it be allowed as part of the game? We can't get into the politics of why it's even legal, but there is no health benefit whatsoever that comes from using it. Anyone that attempts to regulate its use on the field or near it, I support.

Good for you. I believe individuals should be free to do whatever they want to their body as long as it doesn't hurt anyone else directly and deal with the consequences. If MLB wants to ban tobacco use on the field (dugouts too) they can. No need for the government to get involved.

And we should be able to get into the politics of why it's even legal if it is germane to the discussion of the use of tobacco in the game of baseball.

Well one guy who wanted it out of the game was Tony Gwynn who blamed his cancer on the bad habit of chewing tobacco. It's a horrible habit and if it takes having the legal system to legislate it out than by all means i'm for it. Truth be told though, I have a feeling MLB will legislate it out on its own come the next CBA.

Nah, opens too many doors and some can't help but walk through them.

                          It's been tried, doesn't work.

Helmet Giancarlo Stanton will be wearing this year.

From the side it kinda reminds of the helmets that cricketeers wear.
