It'll be fun to have Nats playing in Montreal one day. You'll hear boos like you've rarely heard before in baseball cause of the hate towards the team that replaced the Expos.

Hopefully the Rays just move there at some point in the near future.

goodness i hope so! 1 for the fact of I'm pretty sure everyone misses the expos! and 2....sorry Florida fans but TB and Florida in general just is the worst fan base (attendance wise) there is....Rays have been to the WS in 2008 and r constant competitors - cant get a full dome. And Marlins have won 2 WS since 1997 and need to basically prance strippers around a new stadium to keep the few ppl awake, and their best fan is someone who is filthy rich and is constantly at other parks.

does anyone else have a problem with Arenado winning the GG over Panda? Pablo played 151 games compared to Arenado's 111 games....barely played half the year! sometime it just seems like reputation wins this award over actual availability and #'s

Almost 70% of the games is barely half the season?

Dude…Arenado's defensive numbers and reputation blow Panda out of the water. Not even close…and yes, Arenado deserves it.

see.....reputation shouldnt have anything to do with 2014....Arenado's fielding % was .959 this year....Pablo's was .971.....I mean he can have the glove for all I care...Pablo got dem rings.

My point was that Arenado has the numbers AND the reputation. Fielding % should have absolutely NOTHING to do with the GG, and as we get farther along we see that is the case more often than not.

Agree. SABR has a part, I think around 25%, in voting. They probably use more advanced metrics.

I'm not downplaying Arenado at all....he pisses me off as a Giants fan cuz nothing gets by him....I watch the NL West so I know those 2 r the premier 3B in that division...just a little debate thats all. I don't buy sweaters and memorabilia that says "Player A won a Gold Glove" so i could care less...probably a good thing Panda didnt win it cuz then that price tag woulda shot up a few million a year

If you want to make a defense go for it, but exaggerating by saying someone barely played half a season when that isn't true at all probably wasn't the best start....
