That would make sense. John Sickels has him as a SS, but I thought he was drafted as a 3B. He would make a good fit at 2B though.

Scott Proctor sucks. Not only is he already 27 years old, but he only has 1.87 K/BB in his career, and is averaging 4.41 walks in the minors. He has terrible peripherals, with some of the worst control I have ever seen.

Felix Hernandez. I can't wait to see some clips of him pitching in Spring Training.

He hit 97 on the radar gun when the scouts came to check him out last year. He has a SICK swooping curveball as well that had so many kids diving out of the box when he played us. He was completely dominant. He got drafted straight out of High School here in Maine last year, and I think he'll be a bigtime player in the majors in a few years barring any injuries.

There is also an article about him I believe in Baseball America magazine (I can't remember if that's what the magazine is called, it was at my friends house). It has articles on the best prospects on each team, and they regarded him highly.

EDIT: Here's a profile I just found on him you guys should check out: http://www.brewerfan.net/ViewPlayerP...o?playerId=695
I went (and still go) to the same school he did, so I kept my eye on him. It will be interesting to see what he does this year, when he's on a regular schedule, instead of pitching an inning once a week. He is still a pretty raw talent though, but theres a plus side to that, because it means he doesn't have as much mileage on his arm.

This year will be great for Red Sox fans living in Maine, as the Sea Dogs will be pretty loaded with just about all of the Red Sox prospects, compared to last year, where we only had Abe Alvarez, and Hanley Ramirez for a month. It will be mostly pitchers though (Lester, Papelbon, Delcarmen). We'll probably be able to see Dustin Pedroia and Brandon Moss eventually too. I doubt Hanley will be back though, as it may hinder his esteem or something if we keep him in AA after he did pretty well there in only a month.

Hanley is scheduled to start in Portland.

This may be true, but we'll see how spring training goes. While AA may be the best place for him in the long run, as he probably won't be contending for a spot for a little while, he'll probably end up in AAA., because I don't think he will understand why AA is the best place. Only time will tell though.
