Ha, that would do it. Guys been saying it was the Cardinals.

Or maybe I was just crazy because now they all say Giants. Who knows, probably put AJP to STL and Onley's tweets into some jumbled mental mess.

Good return for the Sox, though.

Great return for Peavy, mainly excited to see Heath this September out of the pen.

The Tigers probably gave up too much for Soria, but is had to be done due to circumstances already stated earlier. Next up is getting a lefty for the pen, since Krol and Coke haven't gotten the job done.

BoSox got a strong return for Peavy.

The Dodgers are looking for pitching. At this point Matt Kemp just needs a change of scenery. Dodgers might have to add another piece to the deal, but Joc Pederson, Seager, and Urias are all untouchable.

As a rival of the Red Sox

                    Spoiler

I mean even if they brought back Lester, Kemp is a negative value asset who would severely hamper their ability to bring in talent for years to come and is a DH in a matter of seasons

Like why not send him for Josh Hamilton? Same upside, shorter commitment, better in the field, and you can still bring him back.

I'd like to see the Mets trade Wheeler, Montero, and Dom Smith for Tulo.

No thanks on that, even if we got Kemp (with salary half paid) + (?) for Lester. However, Lester has said he wants to sign with Boston long-term even if traded so if we deal him for that and he re-signs this offseason that would be very interesting to say the least haha.

Even if he wasn't injured that wouldn't be nearly enough.

I'm all for a straight up swap. I just don't think Joc is ready for the pressure of playing in the majors yet and Kemp's bat is coming alive since moving to right field but we do need another pitcher so we'll see what happens.
