              I think that was the case without Fowler too, but I don't really see how losing Fowler is THIS big a deal. It's just kind of funny.

                Fowler's no peach defensively in CF, but I doubt they are forgoing the comp pick they would've got only to grab a 4th OF...I wonder if this signing means something's brewing for Soler or Schwarber. I do think Heyward in RF maximizes his value and didn't really like the whole Heyward in CF idea and flanked by bad defensive outfielders.

                  I could see the O's cleaning house at least at the managerial level if they have a horrible season. That's pretty effed up if what Adam Jones said is true.

                            I don't think we really had a chance even with Fowler. Yeah he would have been a nice addition, but he wasn't magically going to make this team a serious contender IMO.
