It's odd that once Atlanta signed Bautista, our lineup got worse and hasn't quite recovered.

I fully blame AA for signing Joey Bats and bringing Atlanta's hitting issues.

Pirates doing the Brewers like the Reds have been doing the Cubs. Dirty.

4 in a row over Milwaukee, with a chance to make it 5 going into the all-star break. Crazy.

The Pirates' bullpen took a big hit when it lost Felipe Rivero. But, you know, this Felipe Vazquez kid is pretty good in his own right.

It's something like 7 or 8 games to 2 for the season series.

While I hated the Bautista signing, that has nothing to do with the recent slide. We are playing really good teams, the team has looked really tired, and a lot of guys are slumping at the same time.

Honestly, I don't understand Snitker not putting Albies at leadoff, Acuna at #2, and putting Ender down at 8 or 9. Inciarte is KILLING us in the leadoff spot. I expect Atlanta to come out of the break playing better...this last two week stretch before the break has worried me since I saw back in May.

I swear Didi just feasts on Cleveland pitching. And in that ballpark.

I choose to illogically blame the Bat Flipper. [emoji41]

Seriously though, I Albies seems to do better in the 2-slot. I think Snit may eventually try Acuna at lead off, I have a feeling he'll do well.

Whelp Mariners are back to making crappy pitchers look like Cy Young contenders.

One of these isn't the same:

                                Player A: 322/445/705, 53 HR, 116 RBI in 596 PA's

                                Player B: 224/355/448, 26 HR, 58 RBI in 592 PA's
