    Re: Boston Red Sox: 2007

Red Sox got rained out tonight. Their gonna play a double header tommorow, anyone know whos gonna pitch? I looked on ESPN and couldn't find it.

Becketts not going to make his start on Friday, maybe Lester will make the start?

I would assume the pitching matchups would be the same...Tavarez vs. Maroth, and Schilling vs. Durbin.

You have to give Tavarez credit for his start this afternoon. He got in some trouble, but in the 5th but ended up shutting them down for the rest of the game.

Yea Tavarez has been a pretty good 5th starter this year. He's not amazing but he'll give you a good game here and there and he usually goes 5 innings.

Yes, that was a nice start by Tavarez. He earned that win.

Okajima is warming up right now to pitch the 9th in game 2. Personally, I'd send Papelbon out there but we'll see how it works out. Nice game for Hinske. Started off shakey in right field but made one hell of a catch to end one inning and hit the go ahead homer off lefty Ledezma. Schilling was brutal, but somehow managed to hold the Tigers to two runs.

Feel free to lose a game once in awhile.

              Thanks.

It's not going to matter if the Yankees keep losing.

                  Don't worry about that.

Well...Beckett was placed on the DL.

At least for Beckett, it's not a blister.

                        Great first game.

As for the night game, I can't really think of another beating that I really couldn't care less about.

Anyone see what Aaron Bates did the other night in Lancaster, 5-5 with 4 HRs. Thats flat out rediculous.

Can't wait for the game tonight, hopefully we get 2 out of 3 in this series.

I guess Delcarmen has been brought up, hopefully he can trun it around.

Why are these announcers making it seem like the Yankees season is over and the only chance they have is to make the wild card? It's freaking May

Anyone want to tell Manny the season started a month and a half ago?

Man I can't wait until him and Ortiz start to actually hit at the same time.
