Wow Rajai Davis had another beautiful last catch to end the game today against the Braves. Wow!!!!

And another Wow with the way the Giants scored today. Another W for Lincecum.

      Re: 2007 San Francisco Giants

Wow bout time.. Zito pitched the best game as a Giant today and the game was shutdown by Brian Wilson and Henessey. I hope Wilson can stay healthy because he's always had that closer potential and he can throw some heat. For this season, hopefully he solidifies the setup man job at the very least.

Rajai Davis has been superb since arriving, but hopefully the organization doesn't offer him some overpriced deal ala Randy Winn if he keeps it up for the rest of the season. As of right now, he reminds me of a younger updated version of Roberts. He's a definite upgrade in the outfield defense though. Having someone that can cover as much ground as he can is huge for us, specially with the way AT&T is as well as the reduced Bonds in left.

Davis seems to be the spark that the Giants have needed. Or maybe just a coincidence?

This Marlins defense is excruciatingly laughable!

Yeah and yet they have a better record! lol

Still hate this team, but they are playing better. That damn bull pen is so sporadic!

wow we swept the marlins somehow... Bonds decided he'd like to sit out for his second straight game and maybe that's good. I'd love to know why this guy Atchison is in the majors, he's horrible. Not to mention he's over 30yrs old and has no hope to help this team in the future. At the same time, Bochy keeps running him out there to give up runs and send guys like Sanchez and Munter down. We also had Misch in the pen which was the best option; I honestly don't get what the big deal with Bochy is/was. Bochy ball sucks.

                Re: 2007 San Francisco Giants

Bochy ball does suck. Bonds was going to pinch hit, but we ran out of people in the pen. Why? Because we had three different pitchers face three different batters in one inning. Christ, the only time you need a specialist is for Bonds, not for lefties in general.

What makes matters worse is when you don't even get the person out.

lol @ Bochy Ball. I'm really surprised at the outcome of the road trip. Hopefully these guys can keep it going for the homestand.

Lincecum was amazingly dominant tonight... until the 9th. He got knocked out and I kind of felt it happening when the Giants didn't score any runs. I thought it would be by a HR, but it's all the same. Nerves got to him, think this was the first time he made it to the 9th and he knew 1 mistake and it was over. We did a good job making Marquis look like a cy young candidate atleast.

I think Cain finally understands what he has to do to win. He needs to hit a HR to supply the support. Hopefully Brian Wilson is here to stay carrying on to next year, he's been pretty solid. With that said, the little league world series is much better than watching this team unless a guy like Lincecum is pitching.

LOL was thinking the same thing when I saw the ESPN statline (didn't know the game was going to be very early). And yeah, I watched the Japan/Taipei game from the 5th inning to end, very entertaining, and watching the young kids cry was so emotional. I will be watching more Little League World Series games from now on, haha.

I only managed to catch the first inning where the Giants scored 6 runs or something, but it looks like the key to our success is having the pitcher hit a HR. Zito needs to practice his swing a bit more it seems.

LOL...you're right it seems like that's the only way they can get run support. I was at last night's game and Lowry's blast was nice. Looks like Correia will be starting today so let's hope he takes a few extra swings in BP.
