Yeah, same here. But as it turns out, xcell was pretty good with the prediction. Wright did have a lot of trouble with his American League debut, and Ponson did give up a couple of homeruns. Too bad that Ponson didn't pitch worse than Wright.

I only caught the highlights of the game on an AM radio station, though, so it was all staticky and stuff while I listened. Was it the Yankee bullpen's fault for inflaming the lead the Orioles had?

Nice Comeback win today, trailed 5-1, won 8-5. Matsui tied it on a ground rule double that Tejada couldn't get too, and then Sierra hit a 3 run home run.

Randy wasn't on, he was missing his spots most of the game. Rivera picks up his first save of the year.

I dunno why. I see it over and over again, and yet, the Yankees' ability to make big comeback wins like this one never ceases to amaze me.

It wasn't a comeback, it was Steve Kline being a stupid douchebag...

His defense didn't exactly help him out though. Somebody had to come up with that Matsui fly ball.

I went to the game... and when Ruben Sierra hit that homer... the stadium was deafening...

even after he made his way into the dugout, everyone was chanting "RUBEN" and he came out and made a curtain call...

It was spectacular... Great day at the ballpark!

My first Yankee Game was in 1996... I've been to 29 total games since then! (All at Yankee Stadium... I need to get out more!)

                  Yankees Record (1996-2005): 890-569 (.610)
                  Yankees Record (When I Go): 18-11 (.621) ... + .011

Pavano just took one off the head. He came out of the game, let's hope he's ok.
