    Re: Official N.Y. Mets Thread

We have to keep getting 4-2 weeks to get back into it. One more win this week would give us 4 for the week. Gotta keep it going.

Wow, just.... wow. I don't honestly recall the last time I've seen anything hit that hard.

I really wish this game was on up here in Boston today. I enjoyed watching the Mets last night, especially when they're beating the Yankees.

Watch the highlights, Floyd just killed that thing. I think the last time I saw a pitch literally get killed was Pedro Feliz against the Mets at Shea a couple of years back.

That Reyes play.. that looked like a tough bounce to me that he couldn't handle. It was a tough play. He might have gotten the out if he had gotten in front of it but it was not easy or routine by any means.

Jeez, Glavine gets into HUGE problems with two-strike counts. I mean, wow, just wow.. first I've never seen anything hit by Floyd, now I've never seen a pitcher seemingly have meltdowns when the count reaches two strikes, despite pitching fine before the count hits two-strikes. Just a bit frustrating he can't close the door so far, that's all. Mets still lead at least

This is going to be a funny game.

                  Floyd remembered, obviously

I think Glavine should be lifted after the fifth today.

Long, but fun baseball game. Everything goes right for the Mets today

Benson better get 'prepared' for tomorrow night to get the sweep!

The Reyes thing, I can understand that you will be at tomorrow's game. I'm assuming that you are saying that Reyes is already a big star?

No, I've just been a big Reyes homer ever since he was at St. Lucie.

Does Braden Looper want to be a Yankee or what? Let's see if the Yankees will take him.
