    wow are you serious?

Cameron is a very good outfielder, Cano is an okay player at this point in his career.

Trading away Cameron for Cano this year would be like semi giving up on this year.

alrighty.. wt.. happened in todays game? i had the misfortune of going to the game today.. a) what in the world is Offerman doing playing first? he couldnt even hold onto a ball that would have been a double play.. b) a clear lack of hustle on a ball by Beltran that turned into a DP by a quick thinking Delgado - just turns his head down & starts to walk away.. c) will Willie ever get thrown out of a game? & finally MLB has got to do something about the umpires.. not only was it a poorly called game by the home plate ump, but then they have to huddle on a disputed foul ball caught call? HR's i can understand, not a foul ball - ps, these umps have been WAY TOO confrontational this year - as seen in a Red Sox game where the 1b ump threw out David Wells - while his arguement was with the home plate ump & that seemed to quiet down already..

& sorry to say, Piazza's time is up.. just swinging at anything now

I'm getting really worried, scared, if you will, about the Mets offense.

EDIT: Just as I said that, the Mets had a pretty good half inning to tie the game. Reyes with the heads up play to advance to third on the Wright rundown :P

                PS- Glavine still stinks

His WHIP is atrocious- he's slightly better than Padilla and Joe Kennedy right now. Yuck

I say trade him and Isihii for whatever you can get. Bring back up Seo and get Heilman out of the bullpen.

How many people feel like talking Looper out behind a shed and punching him senseless? I can't believe the Mets choked that bad with 2 outs.

I want to take Danny Graves out behind a shed and put a bullet in his head. He hasn't even had a good appearance since he got to the Mets. He's DONE. RETIRE.

Hopefully The Mets can designate Ishii and Graves for assignment. Zambrano has looked like he's turned it around for the most part, but these two. Ugh. There's a reason what went down in Cincinatti happened. Graves sucks.

Couple of nice games on the mound by Benson and Glavine. Wright's been smacking the Braves pitching around the last two nights. Hopefully the Mets bats can wake up first tonight instead of the Braves.

Outside of Wright, I'm starting to get pretty worried about the Mets offense again. Another big bat is needed.

On the positive side Zambrano has put together some nice games for the Mets latey. If he got some run support he would have a much better record. I hope that Diaz can work out at first or they trade for some thunder to play there.
