So every insider had Blackmon to UK when he announces tonight, including some IU insiders. Now there seems to be a lot of chatter that Crean may have gotten him to flip this morning.

At the very least it will be interesting to see where he goes. Not many kids commit, decomit, then recommit to the same school but it does happen from time to time. And I know Crean has been on Blackmon for a good while so its definitely possible in this scenario. If he gets him, that will be a great pick up for IU.

If we don't get him, hopefully we will get Booker earlier in the day when he announces.

Kevin Looney commited to UCLA. That's a shocker, considering Duke and Florida were considered the favorites and no "expert" thought UCLA was going to get him.

Would've put Duke, Florida, and Tennessee way above UCLA. Wasn't expecting to land him, but this is a bit of a surprise.

With Indiana missing out on Devin Robinson yesterday, it sure would be nice to get Blackmon back. Seems to be some buzz that he will re-commit to Indiana, but I won't believe it until the words come out of his mouth tonight as my gut feeling still says it Kentucky.

As expected, Devin Booker to Kentucky.

With Indiana missing out on Devin Robinson yesterday, it sure would be nice to get Blackmon back. Seems to be some buzz that he will re-commit to Indiana, but I won't believe it until the words come out of his mouth tonight as my gut feeling still says it Kentucky.

I saw on Twitter that Blackmon was trying to recruit Robinson to IU saying that he was going back there. Don't know how true that is, but that is good news for IU.

Seems like the tide is turning and Blackmon to IU is picking up more steam. Still, I'm not getting my hopes up too much, but at least things are interesting now on the IU side.

Coach K hasn't really gone after a PG or C these past two classes to specifically get Jones and Okafor. I can't see any way yall don't land that trio(Winslow is an added bonus).

That's a possibility but I think Cliff to Illinois is far more likely with Okafor/Jones going to Kansas.

If Kansas whiffs on that package I expect they'll turn up the heat on Lyle and can see them winding up with Cliff/Lyle since they're close and have said in the past they'd like to play together.

Groce has done a phenomenal job though and I won't be surprised if we get Cliff even if Okafor picks Duke but I've been an Illinois fan too long to get my hopes up if that's the scenario that plays out.

James Blackmon Jr. makes it official and re-commits to Indiana. I must say I'm surprised that he recommitted, but I will definitely take it. This commitment makes the recent misses on Goodluck Okonoboh and Devin Robinson much easier to swallow.
