I played in the Whatever-game in my second season. Skipped the three point contest but was forced to play the dunk mini-game. I wish 2k gave us the option of pulling a Lebron James and saying hell no to the dunk contest.

Played in All-star game as a bench guy. Kobe was left out this year... felt weird.

If the 90 3pt shooter Ariza could make a wide open 3pt shot I would be so happy.

Also if my teammates would stop missing open layups that would be great.

All I wanted for Christmas was teammates that played like our opponents. What I got was teammates that shoot more and miss more. The dumbest **** ever by 2k so far. They think that if they shoot more they would make more shots but the opposite. Because of this, the game forces us to shoot more than 20 shots per game.

All 2k needs to do is let our teammates play like our opponents in MyCareer. This would make them put up realistic numbers instead of below poor stats.

Hope they make this happen in 2k16 or the next patch.

Idk why but my teammate grade does not show Slam Dunks or Contact Dunks any more. So I don't know how much dunks I need to get Posterizer. Does anyone know how to fix it? Should i take after basket cuts off?

This is where I think I am playing a different game than you. In the last 25 games, I shot more than 20 shots once . Remember, I am averaging a triple double and Kobe is 3rd highest scorer in the league.

I just do not understand how our experiences can be so different.

I put both "after basket cuts" and the "replays" to never. I found that allows me the best chance at defending at the elite level I enjoy the most.

Of course, I have to change this every game (and I play all games every season) because it never saves my "gameplay settings" properly... but it helps on defense a lot to get faster control over your guy.

Do the regular dunks (non-contact) count because the rare times I can get my guy to actually dunk even when someone jumps up to block it it doesn't give me contact dunk.

Is it possible to earn badges while mostly simming? I play only the games that give me the most VC. A few games into my second year and I've got five badges, but all are personality based and not skill based.

The badge lights up for the regular contact dunks but it does not count towards it. You have to get the animation when you dunk on a player.

I played for the clippers and CP3 and Blake were both under 10 PPG. I try to give them to ball to go to work but it just turnover after turnover with them. It maybe because your on a team with a scorer and the teams I am on don't tend to score that much.

Not that much TBH. Most of the badges require you to do a whole bunch of stuff on your own. You could still earn some badges simming. Posterizer, Acrobat, and some others I can't think of can be earn in a few games.

I believe you can quit the slam dunk contest either that or just blow it.. & when I played in the all star game I was a starter at PG with harden, Kd, Blake, & Boogie Cousins (Demarcus) I had Kobe averaging 25 a game but he didn't make it either as well as Swaggy P avg: 25 but they both didn't make it which is what I was going for.

Playing Point Guard is so realistic on the Lakers plus if you utilize your team properly you won't have that much turnovers so high I found a way to get the team to shoot at a good rate without having no more then 2 turnovers a game. Especially with wing players like Kobe and Nick Young. It just involves patients in your team and those 2 players as well. I was tried of having high turnovers so once I found this way out now my second year with the lakers. I average 2.2 turnovers a game with high assist at 18.4 a game. It's a simple method, involves patients once you get it down though. Your assist are high turnovers are low and your putting the ball right in the spot your teammates shot the best at especially guys like Kobe & Nick Young.

I agree that you have to really patient and let those guys do what they do best. For me, Kobe has done a great job shooting threes, he's averaging around 40 % while he shoots around 7-8 per game. Nick Young is great at shooting threes after cutting plays, too bad my Lakers traded him for Foye (who got injured the first game he played). I average 2.2 TO per game as well, unfortunately I don't average as many assists as you do, just 7.6. What difficulty you play on?

Seroiusly why can't i do dunk in people I have max athletism and 95 standing and driving dunk? Whenever I drive to the basket my guy always does a layup even when there is only one defender once he gets withing five feet of me my guy flops the dunk it's super annoying considering how hard it is for him to actually do it since he seems to only want to attempt layups despite my layup being only a 80

I got this game for Christmas, and my career progress has been very slow with the PSN issues. With that said, I'm loving this mode! Mycareer has been my favorite part of previous NBA 2K games on xbox, and I was super excited to get it started on the next gen.
I created a 6'4" point guard from Bradley University. He is the starting point guard for the King, and is rated 72 at the moment. He's got decent dribble moves to get to the rim, and has an ok jump shot. His passing needs serious improving, but that's in the works. When it's all said and done, I want him to be like Jason Kidd or Rajon Rondo. Put up about 15/10/13 every night.

It's not Durant or LeBron who ALWAYS, without exception, shoot a billion percent from the floor and score 40+ points every time I play them. And I know according to TS% he's an uber-efficient player, but that's because he shoots a ton of FTs. But it's James Harden who, in real life, shoots 45% or below from the floor and 34%-37% from three who always, always, always makes every BS shot he throws up. I thought if anyone really just exploited the CPU cheese and did that crap it'd be Durant since, you know, he's a better shooter and more efficient scorer than Harden and he's the cover boy.

I'm to game 7 in the WCF against the Rockets, now, and Harden probably has more made contested 18+ footers at the end of the shotclock in the series than my starting guards have total made FGs.
