Am I the only one who really can't stand the gameplay even post patch? Shot clock cheese is a joke, teams do nothing with the ball until there's 2-3 seconds left and then just take a shot. I never see the opposition pull up a jumper say with 16 seconds on the clock even if they are WIDE OPEN.

On top of that, when you go above All-Star, there's never any fouls no matter what you do.

I'm on Superstar.

Not just you. It's very unenjoyable. Teams seem to hit the most ridiculous shots and players will take and make dumb off-dribble 3's because the game registers them as open when in reality only Curry/Lillard should be able to hit them with regularity.

Even thought the patch is supposed to reflect existing saves and franchise modes, I'm noticing different in NBA Today and in a MyLeague that I started yesterday.

One to note is a defender smacking the ball, which dribbles off the offensive player and out of bounds. Is it just me? Again, I didn't notice this in my existing franchise - both before and after the patch.

Hey guys,

First year playing NBA2K and as a noob to it, love the game. Ive been a hardcore NHL series player for years and its refreshing to play a polished(in my opinion) sports game for the first time in 3 years.

My issue is in MyPark. I mastered shooting the three ball in the park with all the delay issues pre patch. No, Im not one of those guys that just stands at the 3 line and cheeses the 3 ball. That said, post patch, my shooting for beyond the arc has been horrendous. These are uncontested shots Im talking here. The shots just dont drop. So what changed? Something in the coding that says "no, youre never going to shoot 75% beyond the arc anymore". Im using Parker's jumpshot with a short release.

Id like to know if shot percentage goes down depending on what release you use. ie: short release, less likely, mid release, better chances, etc.
Also if shooting the long ball's percentage has dropped post patch.

I dont know about you but I've had 3 fl. fouls called in about 10 games I've played so far. It's in there. I've fouled CPU with a FL foul as well. it most likely happens on a fast break( if your caught flat footed) or if you just played bad defense. You can fl foul by holding down turbo. It only happens if your opponent is coming at you full speed

I love the gameplay after the new patch. It's more challenging for me... but more fun. Playing as PG for the Wizards, I finally experience miracles like Otto Porter shooting 3s which the 1.02 version of this small-forward would have never been doing. Bradley Beal shoots more from the perimeter, Gortat puts the hammer down even more - everyone is smarter. The opponents too - it is easier to steal the ball from camping the passing lanes, as you move faster than before, but to take the ball from a dribbling player... prepare for a reach-in foul. Also spreading the ball around the floor is more difficult, each and every hand on the court wants to grab that pumpkin, so for me, a point guard, being careful is much more important than before. AND I LOVE IT.

Yeah enjoying my Zards( ML) as wel with this new patch.I'm just happy we have good sports team in the DMV area( DC , MD, VA) I wont even mention the other football team that's a disgrace... ( and no , Ray Rice never played for this team)

great patch. the whole game feels much better now!

but what about post game highlights for ps4? they still don't have it. veeeeeeeeeery dissapointed. its now 2 years in a row that its missing. watching highlights after the game is so important for me. to relive the special moments, especially after finishing a game against a buddy, is so much fun.

does anybody know if it will come or what exactly the problem is?

Yea, I miss this as well. It's not a game breaker, but for a oerson like me who plays 10 min qrtrs; it give you a reminder of what happened during the game. You remember the highlights and makes it even more authentic... oh well...

The Warriors are a pain to play against but I seem to see the most dynamic things from the A.I when playing against them....I guess it's their team settings?
