    Your recent twitter feed on Tuesday night proclaimed there would be a reduction in greens and an increase in full whites equaling makes.

    Regarding the reduction in greens: I figured this was suggesting less for those with infeior ratings (below 70) and even for some who are below 80 and 90. The feedback today seems to say otherwise: greens are extremely prevalent for all builds and ratings right now.

    The middle ground imo, from experience, would be Saturday morning's tweak with an increase for more full white releases going in from the top of the key. Saturday morning's tweak was good for interrupting the "camping on limitless greens" behavior. Stretches and Sharps just camping in the hash mark range and left righting to pull on the limitless mark is exceptionally and ridiculously cheesy - this was a good kill to take care of.

    Stone the cheesiness of camping on limitless and using left-to-right cheese to pull from the hash and beyond. Make friendly whites more prevalent from the arc when just on the line for those builds who are in the 70s for 3. The mid range game was also lit on Saturday which offered more balance. The corner 3 should be white releases for those builds that are 65 and below on 3pt rating - nobody should be so efficient to be netting green 3s anywhere on the 3 with an F and D grade on their 3 ball.

      But, why could we not keep the best (most realistic) tuning update so far for a couple of days to gather feedback?
      I have an athlectic finisher with no upgrades on 3 (34 rating) and Im hitting corner 3s. The 3 is way over powered.

      And what's up with steals? All night in pro am the steal spam that puts you in an uncontrollable animation as soon as you touch the ball for a turnover has been out of control.

      Stealing needs to be tuned up for stealing from an over dribbling fool and down for as soon as a big catches the ball in the paint and reach ins for spamming steal need to be increased as a deterrent.

        Had a guy ask me why brick wall needed to be toned down. Honestly, I wasn't sure if he was joking or serious. Being brick walled consecutive times on the same possession is garbage. How many bone crushing picks do you see a game, or even a night, in the league? I'm talking where someone falls down and it's a legal screen. This drives me nuts when I chase my man around and play him right only to die on a screen.

        As for the shooting, still unrealistic. I'm hopeful for more changes. I didn't get to play the first day when most complained that it was too hard. I wonder what that was like.

          Still too easy. I just played a walk on game there were 7-8 playmakers/sharpshooters in total. Nobody missed. They werent even moving the ball, whoever got the ball dribbled around until he got enough space to shoot. 90% of the points were from 3. I quit the game by the half.

          Ugh.

            Spot on about the screens. I really enjoyed when it was harder to shoot. People actually had to look for good shots instead of chucking shots with reckless abandon. Now it's back to people jacking shots again.

              It's not even just brickwall, screens, in general are a little op. My SF LDD with HOF pick dodger shouldn't be stuck on a screen by a pg.

                I'm not gonna lie to y'all, I'm feeling a little selfish with this latest tune. My Shot Creator has been the deadliest he's ever felt (and can finally hit moving 3s with some consistency), and I'm not ready to give that up, lol.

                  When I loaded up my lockdown defender who has a 60 three point rating last night, I was expecting to finally miss more catch and shoot corner threes than I had been all season. Instead, every corner three that I took last night was a perfect green release. We have no playmakers or point forwards on our team, so all of these greens are coming off bronze dimer passes.

                  Corner threes in this game are almost as cheesy as they were in NES Double Dribble:

                  Players with a 55 to 60 three point rating shouldn't be able to consistently green corner threes, regardless of how many badges/hot spots are involved in the equation.

                    Yeah this game is trying to please too many folks at once. I don't see how they go the competitive gaming route without finding an alternative to what is currently now.


                    Stick skills should matter but for shooting it has to be balanced with reality. They have altered the reality aspect because of so many badges and now Myplayers feel entitled to make a certain %

                    1. Stick skills should matter with dribble combos yes
                    2. Stick skills should matter with creating space and choosing the appropriate lay up type , jumper, etc.
                    3. Timing a shot should play roughly 50% of the total the rest should be the actual ratings of the player.
                    4. You have to remember that 2K is trying to tie the skills that have lag associated with it when playing online. So I think they usually have to give a bigger buffer or range for "green" for online lag

                    I would gladly take a "dice roll" mixture, rating mixture with anything less than 100% guarantees for perfect release. Right now you can simply make the less great shooting players really well by timing alone.


                    I always thought that playing Myplayer would expose "greens" way before playing Myleague or any other non one player mode because you only have to master one release point instead of 4-6 shooters per team.

                      I noticed that post patch, getting mid range fades, pull ups and generally shooting from mid range is 10 times easier, and felt no difference in 3pt shots

                        Playmakers doing stepback cheese and pulling up from limitles range all the time.

                        They have no intention to actually make a play all they do is iso.

                        Late contest on laups matter too much.

                        Random blocks doing pumpfakes.

                        Leaning shots for guys who have catch and shoot badge should be removed.

                          Just played a MyTeam game where I hit 3 green release three pointers with Draymond Green in the 1st minute and 13 seconds (77 3 point rating and Gold Catch and Shoot badge). Matter of fact ever since this update I've been hitting multiple green lights with him every day.

                          I can only imagine the nonsense that's going on in Park/Pro-Am.

                              Now played my first two games after the recent tweak.

                              Both in our online league where the 3pt slider is set to 37. I was shooting 28% from deep in 9 games before. In the games played today I hit 58% and 51% respectively. In the 2nd one out of 15 hit 3 pointers, 12 have been green releases...That is such a non sense! I can only imagine what happens in the park or everywhere else...I mean: our 3 pt slider is down to just 37!!

                              Get rid of this green release nonsense 2k devs, I beg you!

                                It's really bad. After the patch I couldn't hit a shot with anyone. Now I'm in practice hitting greens with Jeremy Evans (68 3pt) like he Stephen Curry, ON HOF. I can imagine the Park is unplayable right now.
