Man what is the damn point to this mode anymore i swear. I just got offered an Adidas contract and literally 5 seconds later guess whos in the agents office to give me their pitch. FREAKING ADIDAS. Not only that, but they offered me 35 VC per game. BRUH I WOULDNT EVEN MAKE ENOUGH TO BUY A DAMN SHIRT WITH THAT SALARY FOR ONE SEASON. This entire mode is just a load of BS.

Oh, AND LETS NOT FORGET B-FRESH. I just went through the Adidas pitch twice, I guess 2K wants to make a huge emphasis on the fact that apparently, were NBA players WHOS BEST FRIEND IS A 14 YEAR OLD KID. **** MyCareer.

Every game I play with the Bucks (as a PG) and watch Greg Monroe and/or Jabari Parker get their unathletic shot attempt around the basket get blocked 5 times per game, or watch them pump fake 27 times only to awkwardly miss an unathletic, below-the-rim shot attempt, I seriously regret not picking a team with at least one athletic, above the rim-finisher at PF and/or C.

Really wish I had picked the Pelicans. I was going back-and-forth between the Pelicans and Bucks and I went with the Bucks. If I was going to chose Milwaukee, I should've made a center.

Don't regret. I started a new career as a Playmaking Slasher (SF) and picked Clippers. You know I had Blake and DeAndre next to me as athletic big men and they were doing the same. You should have seen how many times DeAndre got blocked in the post and Blake passing up easy buckets.

Don't regret. I started a new career as a Playmaking Slasher (SF) and picked Clippers. You know I had Blake and DeAndre next to me as athletic big men and they were doing the same. You should have seen how many times DeAndre got blocked in the post and Blake passing up easy buckets.

gooooood lord. not even 20 games into my second season with the lakers and we've already made 2 stupid trades. traded jordan clarkson for maurice harkless and kyle kuzma/luol deng for CHANDLER PARSONS. the worst contract in the league. ugh. i think they traded for SF because ingram got injured but i mean??? i wish you could rescind trades before they happen

In mine, Nuggets traded George Hill (from Jazz, 82) for Kenneth Faried (78). That wouldn't be a a problem... if wasn't a PG like Hill. Faried was so good off the bench, now we got a hole in the frountcourt; Hill plays the minutes to replace me plus a few ones we play together (with me as SG), in total 20 minutes or so. It's not as bad as yours, though, they traded one of the worst salaries for one that's even worse

My SG/SF slasher/shot creator on the Wizards just entered the playoffs a number one seed.

Averaging : 31 pts - 7 Rebs - 5 asts

*led the Wizards to #1 seed vs #8 Magic
*won Rookie of the Year
*2nd place MVP finish to Russell Westbrook

FYI: I’ve never played this much 2K ever...just hooked to MyPlayer, Park (a few times a week), and an occasional MyTeam (I️’m still learning the intricacies).

Man is this guy unstoppable or what? Dude dropped 38 on me like I was some random scrub in the league. I really hate the fact that you can't change defensive settings or matchups on the fly like in previous years.

Up to an 85 overall. Actually didn't take me as long as I thought it would, just 2 months after starting up MyCareer. I still need 45k vc to get to an 89 overall though which is daunting

Yeah when they confirmed that B-Fresh was like, 14 or 15 years old it was very strange.

Especially since DJ and B-Fresh are supposed to have been friends/known each other since they were kids even though DJ is 21 and B-Fresh is 14 or 15. I don't know of too many, let's say, 11 or 12 year old boys that are running around and hanging out with a 4-6 year old girl.

Finally got Harden back after the 2k ankle injury cheese at the start of the year. Dude is playing pissed off.

I have a weird shoe endorsement problem. I had the Jordan team meeting and they made an offer. I asked my agent for the best and final offer. Then patch #5 was published and I started the game after installing the patch. I got the exact same Jordan pitch and I had another pending offer which was higher than the first one. I asked for the best and final offer again. I also received offers from the other brands. I had 5 pending offers at the same time. Crazy!

I declined all of the best and final offers including the first Jordan offer to accept the second one from Jordan. Now, I am on my second season and I still have a pending offer and never received the best and final offer. I wonder if I hit a glitch and I am without a shoe endorsement forever.

Did anyone experience this?

which team and what archetype combination would you recommend for a point guard and shooting guard?

- I prefer east teams, but a west team would be fine too
- main focus on PG: assists, pick and roll, midrange jumpers, defense
- main focus on SG: 3's, fastbreaks, maybe some defense

atm I play a def/reb PF and i'm quite comfortable with playing good defense, i wonder how the defensive stats are without any defense archetype?
