why is it, that in MyCareer EVERY SINGLE YEAR, our player CANNOT HIT A *** **** FREE THROW TO SAVE HIS ************* LIFE!!!!! I am a Shot Creating Sharpshooter PG, and my Free Throw rating is at a 60!? Seriously!!?? 7'3" Centers have a better rating!! I can make more free throws going to a Gym and shooting 10 straight free throws than doing so in-game! And the whole "grinding your rating up" is stupid because it'll take you at least a week and a half or two weeks just to get a bronze Free Throw Ace badge, and even then itll only be a 70! For my archetype is should start at AT LEAST 75.. **** you 2K.

Okay, so I think every time I start playing bad for a minute ill just rant here to fix it.. Just played against the Jazz and shot 11/13 from the charity stripe.. Ranting must solve my problems immediately.

Have to disagree. The ONLY fictional characters should be our MyPlayer.

How would that even work? You'd have no team mates to interact with during your entire MyCareer. Unless you expect 2K to do all the cutscenes with a player from every one of the teams - a player who doesn't mind playing a different character whilst pretending to be themselves. And has a least a modicum of acting ability.

I don't know what happened. After I got a shoe deal with Nike the little ball that acts like the saving screen never went away and I couldn't do anything at the neighborhood so I exited.

Tonight I got on and it's literally just me in the neighborhood and nothing loaded up once again. So I went to my court and the game froze while I was in the elevator. What should I do?

Man it sucks playing with the Thunder(Pre Melo trade) so far. I have been promoted to the starting SG spot yet, but everything is just one on one ISO. No type of plays ran. Hopefully this changes once I get put into the starting line-up.

What they need to do is just make MyCareer how they made MyGM mode this year. Just have it be text based so you can actually interact with the Head Coach and the Players. 2K won't have to worry about voice acting.

It frustrates me how every year I never interact with the actual Head Coach. It's always the assistant. I don't even know who my coach is half of the time and that's just super unrealistic.

I agree with that, but I also like the voice acting, aside from B-Fresh. Man she needs to GTFOH.

Hold up, how did you get a Nike deal? I chose Nike, but UA and Adidas have only contacted my and offered me deals, even to the point where I got a text from Lavar saying to stay with Adidas. Im still a "sneaker FA" though, and Nike and Jordan havent contacted me AT ALL.

Im a 72 OVR with just about 70,000 fans. And I just got into the starting lineup after 18 games. Should I just keep grinding? Is it possible to get out of a shoe deal and then sign another? All help is appreciated.

So there is literally no difference between hall of fame and pro? What's the point in changing difficulties? Especially with no multiplier.

Is this the VC earning? I thought harder difficulty has higher earnings?

This mode is infuriating. Between missed layups, sitting the whole 4th quarter almost every other game and “good” shots pretty much never going in I’m about to hang it up. I’m like a 76 overall. When do good shots start going in??? When the grind is over at 99? I don’t feel like playing 250 games before I can hit a shot.

When my agent asked my the shoe company I want, I picked Nike but all I've gotten offered has been Addidas and Under Armour. Is Nike coming eventually or is it just these two?

I don't wanna accept these offers unless it's all I'll get.

I found the shot meter a bit tricky myself, it pops up just after you're going up instead of at the exact same time.. but pretty much figured out my "hot spots" from the shot chart.. there are spots where I couldn't hit a jumper if I was throwing it into the ocean.. though with my shot creator I do a bit better flicking the left stick before putting up the shot.. shooting a bit on the move, also

I just played my 18th game of the season (thanks to the 2K career crashes etc) .. haven't played with Shammy on the court in like 4 or 5 games now with the minutes I'm getting in around 24 and of course they injured Butler so he's out 6 weeks. (TWolves, as usual)

I'm curious if the story will have Shammy become a crybaby as he plays less and less..and less during my rookie year
