Re: Pro Am Builds For 2k19
Ok... I'll start here. Finishing is just harder in general this year. I have several slashers that miss gimme layups. It's not the build.
Secondly, at 6'6 (idk what height you made him) and under you should have somewhere around a 70 three ball. With Corner Specialist Bronze he should be a legit threat to shoot if wide. You'll probably be better off using a Base jumper. Specifically, find a shooting animation you like in the default jumpers. I don't think creating a jump shot and putting up the speed is good for non shooting archetypes. In my experience, I can green when I have a jumper that is normal.
Also, it's not so much about ratings with this guy, it's more about animations.
Right now I'm using Crossover Pro 6 and Behind The Back Pro 3.
I think those are the best combination for this build. They just generate too much space too quick.
Example: In career, while bringing up the ball, if you cross from the sideline to the middle of the floor, then behind the back towards the sideline again, you should have a lane to the basket from the baseline. Since you're a guard you should have Acrobat plus a higher layup than I do. A simple reverse should produce good results. I have to Euro here and hope I make it or draw the foul.
Once the CPU starts to try and cut you off you should have shooters open.
