My 6'10 slashing defender blows so many layups that I'm literally terrified to go up in the paint unless I'm wide open.

My next build will definitely be a shooting build probably a 6'7 two way sharp (Klay Thompson) or a two way shot creator (Jimmy butler) with a smaller wingspan and a lighter weight to maintain speed and shooting.
What’s crazy is a lot of these sharpshooting guys don’t even have microwave yet .

I noticed take over bar fills up quicker with microwave. Not sure about the shooting with it tho

my 6'9 rebounding defender is really fun to use. dude is super athletic and jumps really high and when he gets his badges, he's going to be a helluva player.

I hit a corner 3 yesterday and got a 3 point rating of 31. Not taking another one this year! Keeping it at 100%!

My 6'8 slashing shot creator is starting to round out a bit. I'm an 82 OVR right now with difficults on silver and a 76 moving mid-range but I'm greening pull ups and spin jumpers. Not a bad shooter wide open either now i found a good animation.

Only problem with this build is i may not get the contacts till 94!!! That's crazy! They really meant it when they said you won't be able to use your secondary archetype till 94, you won't even hit the level cap!

I'm thinking of starting another character. Maybe remake my pure athletic Center 7'.

Hows slashing with him? I want to make a slashing shot creator, but still havent decided between SG and SF and 6'4 or bigger. 6'4 is the only way to get 85 driving dunk with slashing secondary afaik but dunno if its worth it...

Put Shot Creator as the primary if you're a guard and you'll have arguably the best build in the game. A buddy of mine has this build and goes off with it. Greens damn near everything

Enjoying my 7'3 rebounding rim protector a lot. He is a beast on defense in the paint. The only problem is i may get rebounded sometime by rebounding first archetypes and this guy get no free throw badge so im around 60% on free throws till i find the right animation.

I like trying unorthodox builds so this is in line with that. Made him 220 with the intention of being able to wreak havoc all over the floor defensively and he does. Curious to see how HOF bruiser works with a lighter weight build. Runs the floor like a beast and great on switches.

                    Defensively: Comparable to Giannis
Offensively: Chuck Hayes. Wow this dude has no O at all outside of dunks and bunnies. Not sure if my middy will ever come around but that's really all this build is missing for me. Understandably I know I won't be scoring 30 with this dude but I'm going more for 8's across the board. Terrible park build but more than serviceable Pro Am build.

Only have a few badges on bronze right now but will update as the season goes along.
Played against the same build I believe (may have been flipped) in Park, but he was a SF, probably 6'10 and pretty light. He created serious problems for our shot creating rim protector. He was killing him on the boards. They were about the same height, but he was more athletic and just kept coming down with rebounds. We ended up getting the win, but I think the guy had like 12 rebounds in a Park game lol.

I'm liking so far that there's no "best build" REGARDLESS of what these YouTubers wanna tell you..

Everyone can get clamped up equally so far.

I haven't had any trouble defending with my 6'4 shot creator, only way I notice people getting open is off screens honestly.

I'm an 88 ovr as of now...only downfall of the build is my own free time available to me to grind out badges.

But silver difficult shots and silver relentless finisher are very good, about to have silver acrobat as well.

Once again I gotta program myself to try and start taking more floaters..

Also trying to work on a new 6'10 sharp shot at the 3, very good all around player. Wish it had better dribbles but he's a matchup problem..good post abilities tbh on smaller guys and on bigs I can outrun them.

I can go from a spot up shooter to a pull up shooter to a driver at any time..

Really enjoying my pure shot 6'8 hes very efficient, multple ways to get open or to score. If you dont guard him watch out cause its a bucket waiting to happen.

Eh see that's the kinda thinking that gets people to underestimating what I do.

6'10 means I can d up and grab boards even with shooting in my build.. this build gives me average to good everything and a 3 point shot that can green anywhere..plus the badges. Ran it all year in pro am last year and averaged over 20 a game..
