Yeah lol man 2K really jacked that up. It's also the mid range tendency You Schnaidt1 has a slider set. His tendency sliders are set up really well. I forces the cpu to attack the basket.

No problem, take your time

and if you can also just take the opportunity to test this little tweak please:

everything similar than your slider set v5.0 except:
- game speed at 50 (feeling)
- Jump Shot Defense Strength (Gather) - 60 (allow to increase field goal %)
- Jump Shot Defense Strength (Release) - 80 (allow to increase field goal %)

with this, I got real nice results and stats with different teams (not all team tested) but the results of the game are just right in their average stats based on this website: https://www.teamrankings.com/nba/team-stats/

I’ll give them a try later! My current test-tweaks solve the FG% by increasing Shot Success instead of decreasing defense strength, but I’ll definitely give those settings a look.

I have to say that my current tweaks make movement feel almost perfect, but I still can’t get rid of the ridiculous speed-boost glitch the AI gets when doing an escape dribble against close perimeter defense.

Does anyone have any fix for the speed boost?

I went back to what i wrote few days ago.

48 is finally better from far than 50 for the speed

and i really had to enhance my open position to score, so I don't need anymore to reduce the other parameters.

For the FG%, I got now really nice results with your set at arout 48% for around 80-84 shoots. Same for AI



no speed boost seen from AI btw

If the league allows this to go through, I legitimately may not even buy NBA 2K19. No way am I giving my money to a broken league with 0 reason to even follow anymore.

KD joining the Warriors was broken enough, and made them by far the best team ever assembled. To now be allowed to add a player of DMC’s caliber for $5mil? What’s the point of watching or caring next year? The Finals are a foregone conclusion, and I have 0 interest anymore.

Sorry to be all “OMG THE SKY IS FALLING” about this but there is seriously no point anymore.

As a Warriors fan and a huge fan of your sliders, let me try to talk you away from the edge.

First and foremost, we are not by far the greatest team ever assembled. Are we up there? For sure, But plenty of teams have been truly great.

Second, everyone was allowed to sign Cousins. Don't blame the NBA or the Warriors for 29 other GMs mis-managing their teams.

Third, Cousins could never be the same after his injury. He probably won't play half the season for us, and will need at least a year to fully recover. I have legitimate concerns about this move considering our issues at center over the years (losing Bogut, OKC series, HOU series, etc) and our locker room.

Theres a lot more to enjoying sports than winning championships. As a Cleveland fan, I'm sure you're aware of that. We'll probably win next year, but things are going to get harder for the Warriors. Contracts will expire, players will age, injuries will take place, etc. Winning, even dominating, is extremely fragile. And in the meantime, teams will develop and grow.

I just think it's a shame that this perennially awful franchise doesn't get the respect it deserves, despite doing absolutely everything right from top to bottom. I never remember the Spurs dynasty drawing such ire. I know I always admired from afar out of respect. It's always somebody's fault, instead for us. Adam Silver, the CBA, the NBA, the Warriors, Kevin Durant, Lebron James. I just don't get it. If Cleveland had hit on their draft picks and managed their team better, you guys would be in the exact same situation! 3 Number 1 picks in 4 years and the GOAT comes back home. If you were rooting for the homegrown dynasty, I highly doubt you'd be singing the same tune.

My advice? Be the fan you wish to meet if your team some day becomes a dynasty, because you guys were awfully close.

I’m not a Cleveland fan, just an unashamed Lebron fan [emoji23] I don’t know if I have the heart to update my avatar to the Lakers though...

As far as the Warriors, I don’t blame them for anything. Their job is to pick up the best players possible and continually improve their team.

What I have a problem with is the increasing lack of competitive spirit in the game today. KD choked a 3-1 series lead to the Warriors in the WCF, and instead of manning up, taking responsibility, and having the drive to come back better and compete against the Warriors the following year, he instead chooses to jump ship and JOIN the very team he choked against????

The Warriors went 73-9 before KD. That’s the best record ever, and for a reason. That was the best team ever assembled WITHOUT KD, IMO, as their play style would dominate in any era. There’s just nothing you can do against a team of sharpshooters and legit perimeter defenders. Then to add the second best player in the league and a possible top 10-15 ever player in KD? Unfair.

But then this year they add Cousins, a guy who averaged 26/12/5, for only $5mil???? And the only reason he signed with them is because he has no competitive spirit and wanted a guaranteed ring while he rehabbed. Pathetic.

And I don’t like all this over-hyping of the injury. Sure it messed up a 35 year old Kobe, but who else? NFL players have come back from the same injury better than ever.

The league is just in a bad place because no one besides Lebron wants to compete apparently...

Sliders are great only issue I have is computer doesn’t score many points at all against me

I play as Boston who have a good defense but still other teams struggle to get to 90 points even

I was wondering if it was just that I had the knicks play twice and one game was against the Pistons if the scoring was down. I started a 30 -team myleague and will play a game or two with some of the better teams. I set all the sliders the same and just let the CPU play it out. These were much better than another set I was using. The speed setting does help give it a more realistic feel and I saw more fouls in the few games than my first few games with other leagues and sliders I set up. Maybe next game I'll try Golden State or Cleveland to see how that plays out. Thanks for the effort on these sliders.
