Does anyone think its unrealistic how your team always seems to win? Maybe it's just because I'm playing on the lowest difficulty, but it's the start of my second season and we're like 14-0. My guy averages 43 points, 13 rebounds, and 15 assists, and I play 8 minute quarters. I want more of a challenge, but I don't want my guy to start sucking. What should I do?

And does anyone know how to get your player as the highlighted one at the beginning of the game? I have 89 overall which is the highest on my team, and second highest is Brandon Roy at 87 overall, yet he is the highlighted one.

Yeah, i think its really unrealistic, oh btw, the highlighted player your talking about, i don't think you will get highlighted when there is a superstar on your team. So the only possibility to be the highlighted one is to be one bad teams eg. Cavs or Timberwolves

it's possible...i was highlighted while with the heat...it depends on your overall and status as a star...i forgot what overall i was when i became highlighted but it was around...i want to say 93-94?

I got highlighted at 80. I was the highest overall player on team. I got it after a few games(maybe 1-3 games).

lol this is so unfair...both kevin love and tim duncan can shoot from mid-range...whenever they're both on the floor at the same...i can easily call the pick and pop with either one of them and have a solid rebounder to grab the offensive board if the shot misses .... good times :wink:

on the defensive side of the ball...we lead the league in block shots as a team with 8 bpg....i love my front court

as for steals...we also lead the league as a team with 11.4 spg....tyreke evans is a defensive nightmare(i think he led the league in steals in my rookie season)...both my player and evans account for at least half the amount of those steals every game

I got highlighted at 80. I was the highest overall player on team.

i was with three teammates who were highly rated 80+ and all were superstars in the league

Yeah, i think its team and status dependent, i am in heat right now with 99 ovr still not highlighted nor star status

Yea I am a perfect fit for them. I am currently 82-86(not sure).
When do you get "Star" status?

Is everyone, that is not on a Fast Paced offensely team, usually is on the team that is top 5 defense.

that's the thing...there's no establish point in the game where a person is guaranteed to become a star...

it's like everything else with this mode: endorsement, floor general and etc.

It is hard to boost League Popularity without being a A-hole towards teams.

i gave up on caring about that along with chemistry and fan support...doesnt affect me at all

I dont care about Fan support, I dont mind being the villain. But I dont think I am Floor General yet.
But Once I become Floor General and it is locked in. I will be very arrogant.

I dont like my rookie teammate on Pistons. Like most teammates in MP, He drives and shoots contested shots, He steals my plays, He shoots a ton of 3's(I didnt mind Raja Bell taking and missing 3's because of his rating), bad ball security. He takes alot of shots. He is usually shoots under 35% from the field. I would not mind if he would step inside and take mid-deep 2. It will take years until he is reliable from the field.
But, He is second for ROY so far.
