What really helped me was this list of all the isomotion moves: http://www.operationsports.com/forum...elp-360-a.html
Shootaround for awhile and try to get them down. Then try the dribble course and see how you do. There's some (half spin, double cross) I have trouble with but if I can easily do the other 3 required moves I can usually get gold with my PG with 87 speed/quicks.Comment

well Im pissed, after getting 4600 XP in a game (2x XP game) my My Player froze after player of the game "loading" back to menu. first time its happened to me after 50 or so games.
bummer, I'll trying deleting my profile and see if it helps but I have no idea what changed? I'm already having to use a separate profile to even get into the game as it freezes everytime on "load file.." at the start menu with my real online profile...this is too much work man just to play a game I payed good money for.
I love 2k, but they're freezing issues can get pretty damn frustrating. I dont really have time to waste like that.
and yeah i got that practice question, I could not refrain from answering AI style even though thats not my players style hehe...practice?!?!?Comment

After four games into my Myplayer's season on the Oklahoma City Thunder, the playbook has suddenly changed from the Thunder's original playbook to some mess of plays that don't emphasize Durant and Co.'s strengths.
Anybody have any idea how to get the original/correct playbook back?Comment

I got drafted to NJ as an all around 6'4 SF (27th NJ)... Had an alright combine, I got drafted higher my first time as an 6'8 athletic SF (24th ATL)...
I averaged about 15 pts, 5 rebs, 6 asts... I noticed since I was shorter and less athletic, rebounds are much harder to come by, but I am now able to make three's and also don't have as hard a time dribbling... I do also miss my speed with being athletic... I don't get fast breaks or past defenders as fast anymore, and with my height and less dunking ability, leads to more misses at the rim, either from being blocked, or not going up for a dunk like I had before
I'm about to start my summer league, I need to become faster, and a better scorer, because now it is much harder to get places being a SF at 6'4 is an disadvantageComment

Go around the first two cones. When the list of 4 moves comes up, scan it and do any of them you know how to do (even if it's just "crossover") and knock them off your list. Then, when you you don't know one, pause the game, go to "my controller" (or something like that), then to "advanced controls". In there is a list of all the moves in the game. Hit the right bumper or right trigger (don't remember which) to get to the Isomotion controls. Read how to pull off the required move. Unpause, do the move, go around the cones, rinse, repeat.
When I started I was getting simple things like "hesitation" and "size up" confused or "double cross" and "in and out". I was pausing constantly and looking at that list. Now I can do every move except the half-spin unfortunately. I have no idea how to pull that off. When I start the drill, when that list pops up, if half-spin is on it I immediately exit out. Otherwise it's almost always a guaranteed gold.
You will get better, and it will become natural. Spamming that drill will really help you get more control in-game. It will also get easier slowly as your player collects speed points one by one.Comment

If you execute three of the moves but speed through the drill you can still get the gold star.
