With the Windows Media player one (option 1 I think) all you do is download the zip, unzip into a folder in your library (or add that library to Windows Media Player)....you should see all the playlists they created in WMP then.

You can also verify this on the 360 through the music player, you should see the playlist options if you're set up for streaming.

Then in 2k11 you go to the custom music section and pick the correct playlist for each situation for each team.

I only did it for the Pistons cause I didn't have much time, but doesn't seem too bad.

Yea thats the mainproblem right now. Playlist don't shuffle and seem to be on repeat. So it plays the same song over and over. But long does work. but I have LONG set up for certain arenas like the Knicks and Atl. What kind of files are you using? Are you using the LONG for LONG? Because if you are using music that hasn't been revebr. It will drown out all other sounds.

Yeah I'm using LONG, stuff from the pack on page 1. I've only set it up for the Rockets for now, trying to make sure everything that CAN work does before I set up more teams...

Just tried another game, and every timeout it just plays the first track on the playlist, which has no reverb (deleted now). Going to try again, but still totally confused.

Could it have something to do with the number of tracks in the playlist... I just dumped all of the LONG tracks in there... So there's 308 to choose from

EDIT: Also, my halftime tracks aren't shuffling urghh... Either that or I'm super unlucky

sup fellaz, 1st wanna say thanks 4 all tha hard work.

i'm not sure what's going on with my custom sounds. what i mean is i've got everything setup for streaming from WMP to my xbox. when i go into custom music on my 360 all tha playlists show up and i'm able to assign them to each event in tha game, but when i get into tha actually game tha sounds aren't playing. only songs that play are from tha 2kbeats soundtrack.

does any1 know what's going on?

like i said i'm on xbox and i'm using tha .m3u files streaming with WMP 11.

any help would be appreciated.

Nope...I've tried everything. One, two, three, a Bunch of songs...and nothing. No matter what... it will play the very first song on the playlist. I don't know about the volume level.

So basically, I've just got to pick one song for each playlist... Which to avoid hearing the same song a bunch of times every game would mean just set POTG and Halftime tracks?

If that's the case it's not too bad, I can have some patience and wait for a patch...

Custom sounds are for in the game. Not outside the game at the start menu. And also did you apply those playlist to events?

Exactly..you can also add play of the game (but I also use the tv themes for halftime show).

yes, i applied tha playlists to each event. what i mean is even though i've assigned tha playlists to each event, once i'm in tha actual game the music isn't playing for tha events i assigned them to.

for example when i make a shot with kobe his player sound doesn't play even though i have that playlist assigned to him for that event.

Make sure the file is in the playlist...Yes I know it sounds basic.

But I been a IT manager for a few years now. I can't tell you how times someone calls me with a problem like..."My computer doesn't work. It won't turn on".....I get over there. And the computer isn't plugged in....

Or you on the PS3 or 360. And if your on the 360 which method are you using? Streaming or Ripping the music locally?

i hear ya on that. i know they're in tha playlist because when i click in tha RS to preview them it plays tha correct songs, but once in game they don't play 4 each specific event.

i'm on xbox 360 streaming with WMP 11.

The same thing happened to me also. It limited me to only being able to make like 124 playlist or something like that on the ps3 home screen and then the game only showed the first 64 playlist. I dont think there is a work around for that. I think its the game and they only allow you to choose from 64 playlist

I can't seem to get it to work. I use an Ethernet cable from my laptop to the 360. I can connect to Live and Windows Media Center, but not PC Connection. My PC isn't listed. Anyone else have this problem or is there a way I can do it through Windows Media Center?

Oh, I've also configured sharing through WMP 11 to share to the 360. So my laptop recognizes the 360 but not vice versa.
