    From the standings above:

Bulls in the East and the Mavs in the West continue to battle it out for the league's best record. While the Thunder have fallen onto losing ways going 4-7 in Feb while allowing the Nuggets to firmly affix themselves atop the North West. Also, the Blazers have come back from the abyss having been 20-27 through FEB 1st and going 9-3 through the month of February.

It's looking like the East will be sending an under .500 team to their 8th seed, that is unless the Bucks find a way to start winning consistently. They sit at 29-30 through February, and have a hold on the 8th seed as the next closest teams are the 25 wins Sixers and Cavs.

That Yao Ming trade is going really good for me I've won 3 state and I just beat the Thunder in a thriller Yao Ming had 69 Points, 6 Rebounds, and 10 Blocks. Jrue had about 34,4 and. 12.

The reason I scored 69 with Yao is because the CPU decided it wanted to cheat with KD and don't tell me the CPU doesn't cheat because I had Kirilenko on KD and doubled him and he just shoots over it as if Kirilenko is not a top wing defender that's just as tall and lanky as KD.

        Yea.
It was the opposite in my draft at least, Kemba was projected first and from my scouts, he seemed like the better choice. What ended up happening was...

Drafted Kemba...traded Lou Williams and some picks for the 4th pick in the draft and got Perry Jones.

So now my line up will be something like Kemba, Gordon, Iggy, Jones, Monroe and Charlie V as my 6th man. Or I might use Perry Jones as my 6th and I will also heavily use Will Bynum and maybe Daye. And I'll have to see who I get in the free agency pool...I don't want to change the Pistons too much and anyways, I doubt players would want to come to the Pistons who weren't even at 500 in real life or in the game, so I might as well keep it realistic. I'll probably get a couple decent players, probably a couple decent vets and use them sparingly and try to get them deep into the playoffs.

just started a new assoc. and did a fantasy draft. Team looks like this:

          PG. Rafer Alston/ Rodrigue beaubois
SG. Shannon Brown/ Arron Afflalo/ Charlie Bell
          SF. Michael Beasley/ Martell Webster
PF. Amare Stoudemire/ Kurt Thomas/ Chris Wilcox
          C. Kendrick Perkins/ Brandon Haywood

Im liking my team so far, and i feel like the Beasley/ Stat combo will kill teams

If I can't get this guilt feeling out I'm just gonna go normal bulls roster w/ shooting guard addition.

JR Smith & bring him off the bench to provide some scoring.T-Mac would be easier to trade for, but you may find yourself falling in love with his game because he scores hella easy in this game.

Re: How's Your Association Going? (2K11)

I have found my true keeper. Started a 58-game Association with the Nets and got the picks the Nets have IRL. Traded 4 picks total and Murphy and Humphries for Melo alone.

Games are feeling tough, and I'm loving the challenge. I'm using Rashidi & ffaacc03's latest update, and it's just great. So my team looks like this(I'm definitely gonna make some moves eventually though):

              Harris/Farmar/Uzoh
              Morrow/Vujacic
              Melo/James
              Favors/Outlaw
              Lopez/Petro

I'm very thin on big men.

Just beat the Heat on Superstar 110-90 Andrei Kirilenko, Jared Jeffries, and Peja shut down Lebron with their length. He finished with 21 Points on 10-24 shooting. I completely shut down Bosh he only had 10 and 8 and shot 5-18. Mike Miller had 10 points and 14 REBOUNDS smh DWade and 24,5,5, on 10-22 shooting.
Yao Ming held down the paint as usual with 28, 5 REB, and 11 Blocks. Kirilenko was on fire he had 27 PTS 6REB 3 STL and 2BLK on 11-19 shooting and went 5-6 from 3. Peja had 18 off the bench in 17 minutes going 4-8 from 3. Jrue also added 14,4 and 10

Rose, J.R Smith, Melo, Boozer, Noah

                  Team w/ Iggy:
                  Rose, Iggy, Brewer, Boozer, Noah

                  Normal Team w/ SG adjustment:
Rose, SG(anyone rumored to come to CHI), Deng, Boozer, Noah

                  Thanks in advance.

Have fun while it lasts, the Heat are next to impossible to hang with on HOF. I tried to hang with them playing with the Lakers. I gave them a run for their money, but they just took off after halftime. The score was like 125-101?

HoF is unrealistic man. Why would you want to play any team on that difficulty?

The guy's just having fun playing the game on Superstar. You dont have to downgrade that by saying it's not the same cuz it's not on HoF.

One thing I have to add that has nothing to do with my team....

Derrick Rose was completely robbed of an MVP award. Comparing his stats with LeBron:

                        Rose - 33.8 PPG, 2.8 RPG, 8.0 APG, 1.6 SPG, 0.3 BPG, 51% FG, 35% 3PT, 79% FT

                        LeBron - 26.5 PPG, 8.8 RPG, 5.2 APG, 1.8 SPG, 1.3 BPG, 45% FG, 28% 3PT, 79% FT

Yes, LeBron has the better all around numbers, but Rose was the more dominant player throughout the season and only LeBron's rebounds are up from his previous MVP years.

Not to mention Rose had a RIDICULOUS 7 game stretch where he put up 43, 35, 57, 44, 44, 49 and 47. He also had a 61 point, 14 assist game against Indiana at the end of March. Basically he destroyed the league.

I don't even recall seeing a CPU player be so dominant in any season of all of my 2K Associations (dating back to 2K5). Rose's season was literally Jordan-esque. It was one of the cooler things I've seen going through a virtual season in any sports game. I always found myself checking every Bulls game box score to see what Rose did next.

As for my team, I'm currently in the 1st round of the playoffs facing who else but the Heat, lol. The series is currently tied 1-1 with me stealing Game 1 on a very satisfying Carmelo Anthony buzzer beater from 3, and then Melo going up to LeBron and celebrating.

I just finished Game 2 and the Heat destroyed me. I had no chance from the opening tip, really. It actually felt like they were pissed from Game 1, haha.

I'll update after Round 1 of the playoffs end. Thanks for reading.

                                Season
In my second season now, finished the season 42-40(playing a week, simming the next), injuries kept us down at the start of the season but we pushed through the playoffs. Traded Redd to thunder for N.Collison M.Peterson, for morale reasons.

                                Season Roster
                                Jennings/Doolings/D.Jefferson(dleague)
                                Salmons/Delfino/M.peterson
                                Maggette/Hobson
                                Moute/N.Collison/Sanders/Brockman
                                Bogut/Gooden

                                Playoffs
Beat the Hawks in six and then Knicks in five, so we made it to the Eastern conference finals, but the heat swiftly ended our progressive season. Lakers ended up trumping Miami.

                                Off-Season
Re-sign Mbah a Moute at 2.5mil/yr (plan on using at SF spot more this year

                                Draft
No major trades were made by us in the regular season, we had 17th pick, but there was no great difference in talent, so I traded down for 25th pick exchanging my 17th, and two '11 2nd rounders for the mavericks '11 1st, and '12 1st.
With the 25th pick i draft Valanciunas, 6'10 center from Lithuania my euro Bogut who i had my eye on as a prospect.
n.b. Barnes went to Minny, Perry Jones ended up in Washington, Irving went to Toronto, Kanter to Philly.

                                Free Agency
My key objective going into the season was to get better and younger, even though we made the conference finals, most of the production was from an aging roster.
I had around $8million in cap room heading into free agency 7.83mil of that was consumed signing Thaddeus Young onto a $36mil, 4 year contract. This was the major acquisition of the off-season. Young would provide youth and much needed athleticism while maintaining solid perimeter D.
Signed Tony Allen of waivers for min contract to solidify my perimeter defense, also got DeAndre Jordan 8mil/ 4yr deal to give a presence inside.

                                Trades
A big weak spot for me last year was at back-up PG, I tried to pursue Dragic but was unobtainable, so settled for J.J.Barea, unfortunately i had to give up both Dooling and Ilyasova to the Mavs for Barea and their 2nd rd rookie Malcolm Delaney.
To pad out the whole at SG i signed Stackhouse, again.

                                Heading into 2011-2012 Season
                                here's my roster...

                                Jennings/Barea/Delaney
                                Salmons/Allen/Stackhouse
                                Thad.Young/Maggette/
                                Gooden/MbahaMoute/Sanders/Brockman
                                Bogut/D.Jordan/Valanciunas
