Ya maybe try and give like steve nash one of your PFs and 1 or two draft picks to see if you can try and get D. Howard. You have a chance since nash still has some value.

Re: How's Your Association Going? (2K11)
Yeah Chemistry will pick up as you win. I have T Wolves association too, and my Chemistry is like 93% right now.
My Advise to ALL Timberwolves users... START ANTHONY RANDOLPH at center and work on his development... I average 3 blocks a game with this kid. You can always put some extra weight on him between seasons at training camp if ya worried he's too small... but I play on superstar sliders and he does real wellComment

Warriors Association
First thing I did was go through the D League and I found this 58 overall player Chris Jennings with a 75 med 82 3pt and 80 dunk. I want to eventually turn him into my star player.
After that I got rid of Monta Ellis just for the sake of not having so many stars. Traded him to the Bucks
Monta Ellis - Drew Gooden, John Salmons, Carlos Delfino
After a game I felt i needed more defense and a real center so I made a trade with the Mavericks
Louis Amundson, Carlos Delfino - Peja Stajakovic, Brenden Haywood
and finally a trade with the grizzlies
Peja Stajakovic, Vladamir Radmanovic and 2 first round picks - Dorrell Arthur, Shane Battier
Even though I set up a real draft class I feel like I don't really need a good pick since I found my hidden gem in the D League. After 3 games and some practices he's an overall 62.
My Lineup minus reserves
PG - Steph Curry, Jeremy Lin,
SG - Chris Jennings, John Salmons,
SF - Shane Battier, Dorrell Wright, Reggie Williams
PF - Drew Gooden, Epke Udoh, David Lee, Dorrell Arthur
C - Brenden Haywood.
I know it seems like I need a backup center but David Lee, Udoh, and Gooden can all back up Haywood successfully.
Any opinions?Comment

Re: Warriors Association
keep lee as back-up but trade Udoh and gooden for anthony morrow and louis williams. This would provide you with a good back-up pg and back-up sg, BUT if you really want a back-up center that bad just trade gooden for Hasheem Thabeet from the grizzlies. He is only 58 overall but he is young and has the potential to be a great center if you let him progress."They say nobody is perfect, then they say that practice makes perfect. @Drewski I never said arenas was a bad player. I like him very much and know he is a great shooter the only problem i have with him is age. He is getting old. He is like 35 and i had to get rid of him while his trade value was still high."They say nobody is perfect, then they say that practice makes perfect. Re: Warriors Association
No I was saying I really don't need a back up center because all of my PFs besides Arthur can successfully back up Haywood. And I may trade one of my bigs for a good back up PG but I'm happy with Salmons. He's a great shooter and defender and Like I said I'm gonna eventually turn Jennings into my star. Plus if one of them gets hurt I can play Reggie Williams at SG.
So I don't need another back up sg. But thanks for the inputComment

Re: o
IMO, your RAPING the T'Wolves in the 1st trade... Love and Johnson for Giblert and a bum and a 1st round pick? Your pick probably wont have any real value as surely it wont be a lottery pick... Love and Johnson are the foundation of their franchise lol...Comment

Re: o
As a guy whos used Gilbert Arenas for 82 games + playoffs, the guy can SHOOT the lights out. Amazing shot taker/maker. The best on my team through the first year, and it wasnt even close. You wouldn't know that unless you've used the artist formerly known as agent zero, but he's really impressive in this game (cant say the same about his actual game anymore). I still think the Wolves got robbed, but Arenas is a quality player in 2K.Follow me on Twitter@DrewGarrisonSBNComment

Re: How's Your Association Going? (2K11)
I actually keep scrapping mine because I come up with other ideas of what I want to do.... I currently am doing a fantasy draft giving myself the number 1 pick by controlling the Orlando Magic. I picked Michael Jordan (duh lol). I forget who else I have on my team, but I will get more details later when I am actually playing.
What I do remember is our first game against the Lakers. The Lakers had Stephon Curry. He wasn't good enough to hold off my team, as we demolished them 110-74. Very nice showing for our first game in my opinion. Like I said, I will get back with more detail.James Naismith visited an Indiana basketball state finals game along with 15,000 screaming fans and later wrote, that while it was invented in Massachusetts, "basketball really had its origin in Indiana, which remains the center of the sport."Comment

Re: How's Your Association Going? (2K11)
I decided to go ahead and sim most of season 2 in my Kings Association because I knew that we were still just one good offseason away from being a true contender and I was ready to get to that point. We finished the season with a record of 35-47. I played about 15 of the games. I made one trade at the deadline. I traded rookie shooting guard Travis Leslie (68 ovr) to the Nuggets for Marco Bellinelli (69 ovr) who was very unhappy as the 3rd string behind Vince Carter and Aaron Afflalo. I liked having Leslie as a defensive guy off the bench but I just prefer my bench players to be good shooters. Our final lineup looked like this:
Jimmer (68)/Udrih (68)
Evans (86)/Bellinelli (69)
Thaddeus Young (76)/Casspi (68)
Odom (77)/Dorsey (64)
Cousins (79)/DeAndre Jordan (66)
I also decided to make one other move at the deadline, but as a different team. I resigned and went to the Phoenix Suns who had the worst record in the league. Nash let the team know it would probably be his last year, so I decided to trade him from the Suns to a contending team to give him one more push for a ring. I traded him to the Hawks who ended up losing in the conference finals to the Bulls but Nash decided to go ahead and play one more year since he now has a legit chance of winning his first ring.
The Bulls ended up sweeping the Mavs to win the Championship. Rose won finals MVP averaging over 30 ppg in the playoffs. The summer of 2012 was a highly anticipated offseason for NBA fans. With guys like Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, and Kevin Love eligible to become free agents, fans knew the league could see some serious changes. It turned out to be a disappointment. Paul told the Hornets all year he would be entering free agency, but they offered him a deal he couldn't refuse, 100 million for 5 years. Dwight Howard remained loyal to the Magic despite not making the playoffs, he signed a 1 year extension worth 18 million dollars.
I decided not to pick up the team option on Lamar Odom. He was on the decline and I wanted a younger PF to build around. I decided to go after the best FA availible, Kevin Love. We ended up signing him to a 5 year deal worth 67 million. Despite good potential, he is still an 82 ovr because he was very unhappy playing in Boston. He was our only FA signing.
As for the draft, I decided to use the CPU generated class and just edit the lottery picks. I ended up creating a 6'11 Italian power foward similiar to Andrea Bargnani. I used the name Stelios Mancinelli because it was in the database (Mancinelli is the name of a real Italian player on their national team). I gave him 84 med, 81 3 pt, and good sod and post shot ratings. I made him a bad rebounder and defender so he ended up as a 70 ovr with only 60 potential. I had no intention of drafting him while I was creating him, but with the 8th pick in the draft and no one else worth taking, I decided why not. It also makes for a cool backstory to the association. Bellinelli and Mancinelli could be friends from being teammates on the Italian national team.
I used 1 training camp to send Jimmer Fredette to the perimeter defense camp because his main problem last year was staying in front of the quicker starting guards on the other team. His on ball d went from 70 to 76. After offseason progressions, my lineup for the 2012-2013 season now looks like this (morale boosts included):
Jimmer (73)/Udrih (66)
Evans (90)/Bellinelli (71)
Young (79)/Casspi (68)
Love (82)/Mancinelli (70)/Dorsey (65)
Cousins (83)/Jordan (67)/Whiteside (60)
Our team went from a 78 ovr last year to a 88 this year. Team chemistry helped as it is now 46% and it was always below 20 last year. I am very excited to use this team. We have so much offense I don't see us getting under 100 all year! We have one of the best front courts in the league. I also love how our bench is composed of all international players who can shoot 3s. I will probably have Cousins playing with the 2nd unit a lot. With his abililty to draw double teams, I will always have an open guy spotted up at the 3 point line. It also helps that Kevin Love has an 86 3 pt shot. He led the league in 3 pt % last year (Bellinelli was 4th). If we can find a way to play some defense, I think we can contend for the championship this year. It's going to be a very fun season.Comment

Yeah the contract is a bit toxic, but he produces enough to where I think if you want to commit to him you'll be ok. Eats alot though, no doubt.Follow me on Twitter@DrewGarrisonSBNComment
