Ok attempting a 3 team trade here I'm playing as the raptors and trying to rebuild the franchise, but this first year I'm ok with trading off some players I dont plan to keep in 2 years which is when I plan to contend. Anyways this is my attempt to get Carmelo on the Knicks so this is a 3 team trade

Raptors get
Danilo Galinari (NY)
Eddy Curry (NY)
Nuggets 2012 pick.... (havent decided on 1st round or 2nd)

Knicks get
Carmelo Anthony (DEN)
Jarrett Jack (Tor)
Julian Wright (Tor)

Nuggets get
Anthony Randolph (NY)
Kelenna Azubuke (NY)
Reggie Evans (TOR)
Toronto's 2011 1st round pick

Now for additional details, Toronto still has a 2011 first round pick that I acquired from the Heat as part of the Bosh trade, granted it will be a late first round pick. I also don't plan on keeping Jarrett Jack, Evans or Wright beyond 1 year, they were added to the trades to balance salary, wright and evans both have expiring contracts. Acquiring curry was to simply add depth at the center position and to move salary for the knicks, he has an expiring contract at 11.23 mil and is a better option than alabi and david andersen at the moment. Also I could substitute Linas Kleiza for Jack or Evans in the trade, slightly better option for the nuggets but not an expiring deal.

So what do you guys think, fair enough deal? What team is getting too much who's not getting enough?

I do have trade override on, i tend not to use it cause i like fair deals, obviously in the game they dont have the same concern with the nuggets not being able to resign carmelo as they do in real life, just looking to see if this deal is fair in your opinion, or at least fairer to the knicks and nuggets since im controlling the raptors

naw it not fair cause remember in all trade talks they was talkin about sendin over alot of draft picks or in the nets case they was sendin over favors. so it just they want someone from the draft like you know someone young or some picks

I hate when people say things are unrealistic. I'm pretty sure last year if u would've said u had lebron wade and bosh on one team someone would've said its unrealistic. But buddy it happened. If its for the betterment of ur team, then do Wat u have to do

The whole point of what they are saying is that a team in real life isn't going to sign Allen Iverson and then five minutes later trade them to another team to improve their side of the deal. Why wouldn't that team have just signed them themself?

That's the unrealistic part. Lebron, Wade, and Bosh wound up together because they were all free agents and Miami could afford it. They weren't exploiting a video game.

The whole point of what they are saying is that a team in real life isn't going to sign Allen Iverson and then five minutes later trade them to another team to improve their side of the deal. Why wouldn't that team have just signed them themself?

That's the unrealistic part. Lebron, Wade, and Bosh wound up together because they were all free agents and Miami could afford it. They weren't exploiting a video game.

As a Hornets fan I dont like the trade. Its a horrible deal for the Hornets who want to win now and need an impact player. David West is one of the 2 pieces, the other being cp3, that are untradable for the Hornets. Marcus thornton is a future beast and they just got ariza so i dont see them trading him.

I don't remember the exact trade, but:

SF Renaldo Balkman

Nuggets get:
2011 second round pick
Nick Collison (it might have just been the pick)

Needed another SF on the roster and Balkman fits the mold perfectly to play about 5 minutes a game.

As a Hornets fan I dont like the trade. Its a horrible deal for the Hornets who want to win now and need an impact player. David West is one of the 2 pieces, the other being cp3, that are untradable for the Hornets. Marcus thornton is a future beast and they just got ariza so i dont see them trading him.

Hornets are in win now mode? Didn't know that, was almost certain they were rebuilding very soon. Childress and ariza play very similar, ariza is just more well known. I figured them getting thompson and my first round pick(which is probably gonna be top 10) helped the situation.

Hornets are in win now mode, IRL. If they weren't they most certainly would have traded CP3.
