A couple weeks into my Pistons association and I find I really need a big man. I've been playing around with trade finder trying to see what I can get for Prince and Hamilton since they are both real possibilities to get traded this season. I've found a couple possible trades and I'm wondering what you guys think.

Pistons get- Chris Kaman
Clippers get- Tayshaun Prince, Ben Wallace

Pistons get- Andris Biedrins
Warriors get- Tayshaun Prince

That is all I have found so far that seem plausible. Anyone else know of big men that could realistically be dealt?

I'm playing as the Nets, got this trade accepted by the Pacers, do you guys think its a fair trade?

Nets get:
Darren Collison
Jeff Foster (expiring contract)

Pacers get:
Devin Harris
Mavs' first round pick (that I got in another trade)

I love Collison's speed, and wanted Jeff Foster's expiring contract to go for Anthony in the coming off season.

Nets second round pick

Indiana Trades: G/F James Posey - 71 ovrl - 2yr/$13.40mil

Indy was 4-12 and not playing Posey at all. My rotations lack a SF and was too guard heavy w/ Stevenson. Indy gets cap relief, and w/ the trade they got $600K under the cap this year, and will be even more next year. Thoughts?

Can't see GSW parting ways w/ Monta for any old reason.

Hate this deal because Chandler is a $12.75mil expiring contract, and the Mavs can use that. Murphy isn't an expiring is he?

I've been playing as the Cavs and I really need to add a post presence because Varejao can't play in the post and Hickson is more of a slasher.

I want somebody who is relatively young (25-30) and can play decent post defense and can score from the post. Anybody have any suggestions?

I was thinking of trying to make a move for Charlie Villanueva, but I'd have to give up Mo Williams, or if I traded Jamison I'd have to take Tayshaun Prince and give up a 1st round pick too. Tayshaun does have a huge expiring contract, but I really don't want to give away a 1st round pick.

the warriors are doing pretty bad with a 3-8 record in a 29 game season. the thunders are 9-1 so far in my association.

Charlie V is not a post player. In my association I don't even try to take him down low. he does a real good job spotting up from the top of the key and knocks down a lot of shots. He also has a ridiculous large contract. Tayshaun does have an 11 mil expiring contract which is nice. But if you want a post player who can also D up down there i'd look else where.

Thanks. I've never watched much of him so I didn't know. I just figured being 6'11 that his game was based around post play.

Every big man has tendencies to do different things. Chris Bosh, Charlie Villanueva, and several other people are face-up big men, while people like Andrew Bynum and Dwight Howard are back to the basket players. Some can even do both very well like Pau Gasol and Kevin Garnett. Just be sure to take a look at your players tendencies just to be sure of what your team's strengths and weaknesses are. For example, I'm the Heat in my association, and I know the biggest problem for me is I don't have a back to the basket player, I have strictly slashers and shooters, but I know the biggest strength for me is just that, slashing and shooting, as I have guys who can do it abnormally well so I have to stick with that when trying to run my half-court offense and not to force anything with my back to the basket unless I have a mismatch. Hope this helps buddy.
