Obviously Thunder need a low post presence and the Bulls could use a shooting Guard. Do I take a shot at this trade and is it realistic? Or do I wait the season out a little longer in hopes to entice the Nuggets with a Noah/Deng/Picks deal?

Current line up looks like this

    Rose/Watson
    Korver/Brewer/ Gerald Green
    Deng/Mike Harris
    Boozer/Gibson
Noah/Asik/Drew Cook ( free agent 7'4 center...if you develop his Defense, he clogs up the lane.

If I did the Harden trade lineup would be....

    Rose/Maynor
    Harden/Brewer/Green
    Deng/Korver/Harris
    Boozer/Gibson
    Cook/Asik
I just dont see the Bulls giving up Noah, he's a huge assest to Chicago.

Agreed. If you trade White you give up to much, gotta remember you're taking on Petro's bad contract, so if you can throw Summers in their instead.

You should get more for Joakim Noah. Personally, I wouldn't trade him as he is the heart and soul of the Bulls, but if you must I would get someone a little better than Harden. Or just get a first round pick from them as well to even it out. The trade makes sense for the Thunder though.

Re: The Official Rate My Trade Thread

I'm currently 50 games into a 82 game season with the Knicks. I started using Yellz' franchise file which was about 20 games into the season. Currently 28-22 and I'm sitting at 4th place in the Conference, 2nd in the divsion behind the Celtics. With about 2 weeks left until the trade deadline, I'm dwelling over the Melo trade. The association file had adjusted ratings for players and the team records played out very close to real life. So here's my plan.

Knicks trade: Anthony Randolf (72 rating, 3 star value)
Rockets' 11 1st round (from last years trade)

Timberwolves trade: Timberwolves' 11 1st round (top 5 pick)

          THEN.....

Knicks trade: Wilson Chandler (74 rating, 2 star value)
Landry Fields (68 rating, 1 star value)
          Timberwolves' 11 1st round (top 5 pick)
Eddy Curry (65 rating, 1 star value)

Nuggets trade: Carmelo Anthony (83 rating, 3.5 star value)
(Another low rated player for roster space)

Note: Carmelo is only a 83 and 3.5 star because his morale is low. Which is a very nice touch since it makes him at least touchable in the game. Otherwise he's 88 rating with a 5 star value.

So what do you guys think?

you can probably get granger for '11 1st rd pick, morrow, graham, & maybe throw in outlaw. if you have the 5 picks like the nets do IRL then just give them 2 first rounders and morrow.

sounds good depending on who that low rated player is.

Thats a fair trade imo. Both PGs and PFs replacing both.

Far from a fair trade. Jennings has regressed a lot this year. Griffin is showing promise of being the next star in the league. No way the Clips ever think about this trade.

Hi guys my first post in the forums. (:
Anyway, midway through my New Orleans association and before the trade deadline, Chicago Bulls offered Derrick Rose and Luol Deng for Chris Paul and Trevor Ariza.
Kinda interesting, so what do you guys think? Is it worth it?

I think you should accept, because Rose is younger than CP3, and is more explosive than CP3, Luol Deng or Ariza doesn't really matter much imo

First year as the Bulls and I wanted to get rid of Deng and his big contract.

                            Bulls trade:
                            Luol Deng
                            1st round pick

                            Terrence Williams

I wouldn't say jennings has regressed. Injuries slowed him down and it seems like he is having a sophmore slump. He still shows lots of potential. This trade wouldn't happen because the clippers already have a pg of the future in bledsoe.
