I am in my 3rd year(in basically my 3rd day playing) with my PG and I am with the Hornets. When I got traded their mid season last season, I forgot they only had 1 rival. Since I wasnt a starter, I only played one game after I got traded. This year I have have 2 rival games(just did one). I finally became full-time starter. I am only 71 OVR and my contract expires after this season. So I will play a ton of regular games, until I can get my OVR up close to mid 80s. Just got my 1st Player of game against Char and 1st win in a while(usually get blowed out). I had 32pts(career high, 13-22 and 6-6 FT), 5 assists, and 2 steals in a blowout win.

So far, I focused on ratings awarded in Dribble Course. I maxed Ball Security, Off-Hand Dribble(big difference), Stamina, Layup, Quickness, Durability, and Speed(makes a HUGE difference), and I maxed FT and Shoot in Traffic. So now, I got the expensive important ratings out of the way. I will focus on maxing Pass, Steal, On-Ball D, Off/Def Awr, Vertical, Hustle.
Having Speed, Off-Hand Dribble, Layup, and Shoot in Traffic maxed, makes a big impact with my player. I am able to just sprint up court then dribbling the ball to both hands to get to the bucket without having to ISO moves.

I avg 13+pts, 4 rebs, 3 assists, and 99% FT(1st by a big margin). Now that I am starter, I expect my stats to rise alot since I will play alot of regular games. Every game I played in since I starter for Wizards when Wall went down, I had 20+ pts in. I expect my rebs to either stay the same or slightly decrease. I am not sure about assists. Gordon consistents gets hurt and with him out, I have to takeover. I expect it to be around 5-8 assists.

There is 2 teams I am looking at in FA. Magic(mainly for Dwight) and Raptors(yes, Raptors). I will take a seroius look at Raptors. They have the cap space. Nice young athletic squad. DeRozan progressed well and Bargnani still has a good 3 years left in him. I am not sure about Ed Davis because his contract is up too. If he stays, It will be a good lineup with me at PG, DeRozan at SG, and Davis and Bargnani in the Front Court. They are a team, I wanted to play with, but I wanted to wait to see how they progress. We will be a young athletic team. But if they dont offer me, then I will settle with Magic. They have most of their team locked up for the next 3+ years. But, I have to really think about Raptors though. I chose the Pacers for my SF because of the athleticism and the chance the play alongside Paul George that I took a big paycut. He has been a big disappointment. If it wasnt for their Frontcourt(Hibbert and a generated PF), I would of regreted going there. So, Frontcourt will be a big deciding factor on if I go to the Raptors. Magic is already set. They have Dwight, Big Baby, Anderson, and Turkalgu locked up, but that is pretty much it. IF Ed Davis stays and I get offered, I will sign with him. If not, I dont know.

What are the contract negotiations like when your contract is expired? Do they give you a chance to take more/less money? I really like playing with the Nuggets so I'll probably just stick with them. Just wondering, though.

I think there is a glitch when it comes to current teams. I think they only offer you 1 year 2 mil contract.

You can ask for more money, longer contract, and player option. But, you cant ask for less. You have to watch what the team is saying. If they are frustrated and you ask for more money, they will drastically drop the price.

I imagine you've already done this, but I really like playing with the pass first point guard style. It's nice being able to call out certain plays and set up your teammates with a perfect pass. Just my opinion, though.

I had a few good games in a row with my PG. I had a 53-15(pts-assists) game against Bucks. I had a 35-19(they took me out when I was going for 20) game in blowout win against Wolves(without Rubio), I had a 20-16 game against Pistons. I was able to use my speed to get all my points. On the schedule, I only have 1 key game left(my next game) and I am in December. I expect there to be more key games to show up once I sim towards them. My OVR is 74/75. My goal is to get it to 85 before the season is up. I want at least 12 mil a year.

I just maxed Pass. I will max out On Ball D 1st, then max out Steal. That should getting me to about 77-80. Then I will max Off/Def Awr, which should get me to 85 range. Then I will max Vertical then Shot Med. The next abilites I want to work on is Stepback and Hesitation.

I am already of rethinking of joining Raptors after the season. I wanted to play along with DeRozan and Bargnani.But if Ed Davis doesnt return, then I might not sign with them. I realized the frontcourt will be the major deciding factor on where I sign. Mainly because most of my assists will go to the big men. Last few games, I think Eric Gordon combined for 20+ pts. He's good. But, I rather have spot up shooters on the wing. Last few games(3), Kaman and Landry combined close to 100 pts(maybe over exaggerating much, but still alot). I just need a PF/C that has high Shoot in Traffic. That is why Magic is such a logical choice. Dwight, Big Baby, and Anderson is locked up for the next 3+ seasons and Anderson and Hedo are my spot up shooters. I wanted to go to a different team because 2 of my MPs played on Magic. But, not too many teams need a PG and because of Draft Glitch teams like Suns and Raptors wont get good talent outside of FA.

WTF! I had finally gotten my league wide popularity up to 85 and my local fan support was at like 94 and I have a press conference. The answer I chose raised both of those attributes. After the game I go into the my buzz thing and league wide dropped to 61 and local fan support to 71. Has this happened to anyone else?

One thing I noticed is our rookie contracts are extremely bull**** compared to the other rookies.

I compared my contract to Brandon Knight, and he earns at least 2m more, and I was only 4 picks away from him.


After your rookie contract, getting money is no sweat; if you signed yours right.

For example, on my PG, I signed with the Bulls for 69m contract for 5 years.

But they need to give you more rookie contract options for next year.

After a 18pt, 17 assist, 8 reb game against OKC and a great overall week, I got my 1st Player of Week award. I am avg 16 pt, 5.5 assist, and 98.9 FT%.

Thanks to 4 drills where I decreased speed by 1 and regaining it, I was able to max On Ball D at 99. It is going to be a big difference next game because I was at 70. It got my OVR from 74 to 78. I will now max Steal(70). That should get me to 81-83. Then I will max Off/Def Awr, which should get me to 86-89. My target is to get to 90 before the season is up because we wont be going to playoffs.

My chances on signing with Raptors went from good to shaky to now low. They just traded away Ed Davis. which is a big deciding factor. Which now all signs are pointing to Magic. I wanted to go to a different team than them. But out of all the teams that need a PG, they have the best chance of winning now and have what I want in supporting cast. I made Kaman in to a All-Star candiditate. I can only imagine how me and Dwight will play together. I wanted to go to Raptors because I wanted to go to a lower team with talent and help them into a winning team.

I just got my 1st 20 assist game against CHI in a big loss. I had 33pts, 20 assists, 4 rebs, and 8 steals. The big reason we loss in my 10 turnovers and me giving up 41 pts to Rose.
I got Steal up to 79 and 20 more to go. After that Off/Def Awr.
