I LOVE playing with Holiday. However, i think you need to let go of evan turner. he will do you no good with perimeter shooting and what the 76ers really need is a true consistent presence in 3pt/midrange land because Iggy isn't quite a proven shooter yet.

Thats why we have Vuceivic,Meeks,Jrue,Hawes and Lou.

The Magic can't amnesty Turkoglu. Already used it on Arenas

I said in the offseason (after thr season) the amnesty can be used once per season.

So with all the Linsanity going on I decided to load up NBA 2k11 and play some of my Knicks association. The roster is pretty much the same except I have Dexter Pittman instead of Jerome Jordan. I started the 2nd season a while ago which would be this current season. I started the season going 1-4. I had Davis and Fields both go down with injuries so because of that I made Douglas my starting PG with Shump as my starting SG and I had Bibby and Lin coming off the bench for support. In my next game Bibby sprained his ankle which opened the door for Lin this I got to find out on my own how good he really was. I wen't on a seven game win streak and I even made him my starting PG over Douglas. He hasn't put up huge numbers like he is now in real life but hes averaging like 12 points a game with 7 assist I think. He's even had a two double double's. Now I decided to comeback to the association today where I'm in the middle of January. Because of the whole Linsansity going on now, i upgraded his ratings to better fit how hes performed this season, I believe before he was a 62 and now I made him a 72.

Anywho since I've decided to go with him I wanted to see who I could get for Baron Davis. The best offer I received was from the Lakers who are offering me Metta World Peace aka Ron Artest who is a 74 and rookie PG Corey Joseph who is a 60 for a 73 rated Davis and a 62 rated Balkman. I thought it was a good trade because Ron Artest will give me a huge defensive side and give me more bench support when Melo is on the bench. I would have Lin as the starting PG with Shump, Douglas, and Joseph coming off the bench. I would then have Fields at SG with Shump and Walker for support. What does everyone think of that trade? Should I do it or no?

no, the other guy is right. teams get to use their amnesty once. not once per season, just once all together.

Alright guys, me and some buddies have played a few associations but by the end, most of the people wanna switch teams up. Me and a buddy are in one and he just won the Finals and we wanna keep this one going.

How does the offseason work? When does it start?

Hey guys, just a quick question. How come whenever i start up an associaiton that somes teams ratings are acouple points down and some teams are up a couple points. does this have to do with team chemistry or having player roles on? i usually play with player roles off and it still does this.

So I started an association with the Nets. I cannot exactly remember all of my moves but I will go over the MAJOR ones.

-Traded Brook Lopez in a three team deal for Brandon Jennings also involving the nuggets where Nene was sent to the Bucks. (where he is now crying to get off of that horrible team.)

-Traded Deron Williams and possibly a scrub or 2nd round to the Lakers for Andrew Bynum and Josh Mcroberts.

I wanted to keep it as realistic as I could so i limited myself to those trades for the first year. I simulated the year and we missed the playoffs with a sub .500 record. With a mid round pick I drafted Michael Kidd Gilchrist off of somone's 2k share draft rosters Also picked up a PG Jordan Taylor and one of the Zeller bros.

In free agency I was not able to pick anyone up that I wanted due to all the RFA's out there so what I did was sign Chris Paul because his current contract situation isn't reflected in the game so he was released from the Clippers to the open market after the season was over. I also signed Shanon Brown off of the open market.

I then traded CP3 to the Timberwolves for Anthony Randolph and Michael Beasley.

I believe I also picked up meta world peace and tyler hansboro for Marsh Brooks and another sub par player on my roster. I might have traded Brooks for Jamal Crawford or possibly Chris Humphries, but in the end I wound up with Meta, Hansboro and Crawford.


So in the 12-13 Season my team looked as such.

Anthony Randolph
Andrew Bynum

And on the Bench

Josh Mcroberts
Shanon Brown

J. Taylor

I simmed a majority of the season and ended up in the playoffs as the 6th seed. I fought my way through and found my toughest opponents to be the Pacers in the first round and the Bulls following after that. But after I had beaten those teams I found the Knicks to be a cake walk and then in the finals I thought the Thunder would have given me much more trouble but I beat them in game 5.

I had won the championship!

Now Brandon Jennings left for Free Agency, Shanon Brown didn't like his position on the team and neither did zeller. Jennings left for the Bobcats in FA, Shanon Brown I then traded for J.J. Barrea due to my lack of a PG. Zeller i believe is still rotting on my bench but he will be moved soon. Meta I also believe left for FA.

I picked up Greg Harden in FA for a huge contract that I now regret but lets see how he plays.

I drafted a SF, SG and a C in the draft, 1st round and the following players in the 2nd. None of them look to be great potential players down the line so they are probably going to be traded.

BUT the main reason I am here. I would like to ask you all of what you thought of my moves and what I should do next.

Im pretty sure it has to do with team chemistry. When i started my wolves assoc. their chemistry was 20% or so and everyone was -1 on their overall after a lil while the chemistry went up and the overalls went up. player roles are also factored into chemistry so if a player feels his role is too small it will effect team chemistry.
