Is anything going to be done with the off ball screens and on ball screens for cpu controlled players??

This is a problem for me in My Player, Im the pg and a lot of plays rely on an off ball screen to being the play. The problem is, the screening animation never triggers so the play is just in limbo while the screener is still in his "screening" stance.

It wastes time off of the shot clock and just looks bad. If the screener isnt able to set a decent screen, he should just immediately go to the next part of the play.

For cpu controlled on ball screens, they just look weird. I think the problem is with the screening logic in general...either the defensive player being screened completely engaged into the animation or can simply go around it. There needs to be some other variations and diff levels of contact.

Yes this is a huge issue in My Player. Sometimes your teammates will even get an Offensive 3 Seconds violation by doing this.

I hope they also include co-op game against the console or pc like 2on2 or 3on3 where you and your buddy can have a game against the AI.And i hope the have also a 3on3 online game. i think its really fun to have a ball game that 2 of your friends against 3 other online players. just like 3on3.

one of the main needs is better intelligence for my player teammates. it's almost impossible to be a rondo style p.g when your teammates dont take wide open shots.

I would like training camp and summer league back in my player. And also my wish for 2k13 is to fix all the off the ball bumping and ability to get out of the post animation quicker. (on command)

Also the player should be the only one to trigger the defense stance by pressing L2/LT. The game shouldn't do this for us. Players should always be upright unless we are holding L2/LT. This will provide my fluid movement on defense IMHO.

I would like a slightly toned down 2k11's Pick N Roll. Not as powerful, but it was in another class compared to 2k12. I think the main reason of the decline is the sliding of the defensive big man once the PNR Handlers goes past the screen.

I dont know whether I want a change in controls, but I would like them to change up the pass modifier. I would like to manually do a bounce pass. But, I dont want to give up the flashy passes.

Double Teams needs to be fixed. I dont like calling a double team because the other defenders dont slide over to at least cover the open guy.

Definitely hope the defensive off ball bumping is toned down. Unless they make strength more useful, it doesnt need to be as powerful as it is.

More variety of contact steals and better pressure defense(not bumping). After watching the Olympics and seeing how Westbrook steals the ball, I want to see some of those. When I say better pressure D, I mean the defense that you see from Iggy or Westbrook, where you get all up in their face. Not the sliding and bumping back you see in this game. I want to see the defense between a Westbrook/Iggy from a Korver.

Something that I dont want to see alot, but happens IRL is contested 3s. I mean the ones you see Durant or Kobe make. I dont want it to happen that much, but it does happen. Shoot in traffic mainly only affects shots around the basket. It should affect jumpshots more.

I would like to see Ball Security improved. I dont see players with high ball security lose the ball the way they do. I dont like having a person with A Ball Handling get stolen from big guys like Jokim Noah or lose the ball when backing down in the post. To go along with that, I want to see more contact steals. Especially from teammate CPU players. I played with Shumpert as my teammate in my SF MP and he rarely stole the ball. I want to force my pick-ups by ball handlers.

Just add sliders for My Player. I liked that we choose difficulties. But, I want to be able have my teammates contribute in games. Difficulty only really affects how good the CPU opponents play. You can score 40+ pts on any difficulty. By the way, I am not the type to score 40-50 pts a game. I rather score 20 and have an all-around game. I dont care if the sliders were just for CPU. It would go a long way in my MP playing better.

I know they said they "fixed" the speed issue. But, I also hope they fixed the way CPU reacts when the user presses turbo. I should not, not want to push turbo when I drive to the basket. When you press turbo it triggers the CPU to slide. I would also like to not see the slow down on FB layups

I wish they'd fix the defense in this game.
Sometimes even the lowest rated players can seem unstoppable because of a poor collision system.

What does everyone think about a speed threshold setting?

As an active slider maker for NCAA 13, the debate over there was what setting it should be on and it got me thinking about basketball games.

Would it work or would it just screw everything up?

It is something I thought about before. I would like it as long as it doesnt screw everything up. I know there are speed sliders, but speed differential is different.

I think it can have a big effect. It could make FB more realistic, you see the explosive drives, better recoveries on defense, youll see players run through screens at different speeds. As it is there is no advantage playing with a high 90 speed player vs. a low 80.

But, The defensive sliding would have to be toned down 1st and better footwork would be needed.

They need to have dangerous contact on chase down dunks for instances where a dunker gets pushed in the back also the crossovers have no effect depending on the direction and speed of a cross over it needs to make the defender loose his balance by slipping stumbling or what ever when a defender is going full speed in one direction and a hard cross is executed its impossible to maintain your balance in those cases for example look at the Nigeria vs USA olympic game where James Harden was crossed into a split

Seems pretty simple to do. In the off-season after year 1, provide a segment where the 15 remaining eligible teams have the ability to use the amnesty clause as long as the eligible players are still on the same contract.

Meaning it's a Yes/No option to begin association with draft pick possession as it stands in real life. Protections is probably way too much to get a handle on for 2K so don't bother with that. But, Charlotte owns Detroit's pick, Denver owns NY's pick down the road, Cleveland with Miami down the road, etc.

I want a slider for adjusting wingspan in CAP mode. In 2k12, Anthony Davis isnt a true representation with his generic wingspan. Even guards like Rondo, or Roddy Beaubois who have long arms aren't accurate
