I have 80 dunk and 80 vertical, my guy is 6'6 and can't dunk. Am I missing something?

I might make a center on another ps3 account but my issue is when i play as a center i will get maybe 4 touches the entire game and i get annoyed by that lol.

Just scored 61pts with my centre without hitting the pass button once lol!!!
And i only play on HOF-SIM-9min Quarters...

That is realistic though....Do you even read peoples twitter comments? Some guy could have great game, and still gets bashed. Look at Lebron. He could get 30 points,10 rebounds,6 assists, and if you read his twitter feed, I'm sure you'd hear someone be like "Lebron had 3 turnovers! Stop trying to do all these fancy moves" or something random like that

You know what you're right. My boy was looking at me like "Man you need to get on Twitter and then tell me that's not realistic, if anything the positive comments are unrealistic." I'm not signed up for Twitter (only social network I've had is FB) and I was interpreting it from a purely "logical" viewpoint. But he quickly corrected me, that logic is the last thing I should expect from Twitter posts. LOL

Go to edit player and select a dunk package or you'll only be able to do layups.

Once again 2k has made joe johnson the best scorer in the game. I used to dread playing atlanta because joe johnson was unstoppable. Now it's the same thing, the guy never misses. Even if i put a hand in his face he makes it. So i try and help when darion williams is on the top of the key and johnson rolls off the screen. I give d-will a little space and johnson dishes it and daron hits the 3 giving me a bad teammate grade. There is no beating brooklyn.

A- Teammate Grade

Yet the highest draft pick I was offered was 4th, from the Cavs.

To get higher draft picks they look very highly on your teammate grade and on turnovers. I'd suggest to get drafted higher, stop shooting so much and get a few more assists and rebounds.

I haven't gotten too far into this game so if someone could help with a couple of questions I'd appreciate it.

While playing my player in 2k12 couldn't you adjust defensive strategy on the fly (e.g. "focus on the paint")? Was this taken out this year?

Wasn't there a "coaching" menu that you could select when pausing during my player in last year's game?

I've looked everywhere but can't find out how to bring a specific player on a double team?

It's not just him, it's any shooter lol.

My guy should be in the 3pt contest. Not for his shooting, for his "good luck". Just have my guy stand infront of all the shooters with his hands up, and they'll make 29/30 of their points.

I went 7-3 with the clippers with a 4 streak when I joined but than Caron Butleer got injured and is out for the season.
Since then we went 4-11 & we are on a 7 streak.
Last game against Dallas I went 13-13-3, and Butlers replacement, Grant Hill was 0-4-3 in 32 min. Butler was a guaranteed 10-20 Pts and could get a double double.

I'd play on sim if the stamina wasn't so jacked and i didn't miss as many wide open shots, layups and dunks. I mean wide open dunks clanging on the rim cuz i missed 2 jumpers before that. the momentum factor is way better in this game but still utterly frustrating at times. The swings in momentum are so much more drastic in sim. it's like they tried to make it realistic and took all the fun out.
