Wow coach is tough i had 5 Turnovers for the first time in 2 seasons and i lose 11 mins of my playing time.. damn..

Yeah I had 4 turnovers in my last game and the coach took me off the starting line up, and replaced me with a newbie Deandre Jordan with 65 overall, while I have 72 overall....
I had A+ teammate grade, 10 pts, 12 rebs, 5 assists, 2 steals and I lose my starting position....

Just posted back to back 30pt games. Drop 36 at the Staples Center in a lost to the Lakers, turned around the following night and put up 39 in Utah in a overtime thrilling win.

All of a sudden my Celtics SF plays 35 minutes in his 5th game of the season, 24 pts 12 boards 4 assists 1 steal.. 4 turnovers (2 on botched ally-oop attempts, I mistook Rondo for Bass twice).. played all positions BUT point guard.. not sure if anyone was hurt, causing me to play the entire 2nd half, shot 9 of 16, seems that no matter which of the 3 careers (SF, PG, SG's) I play I can't 30% of 4th quarter shots.. if that much.. ended up DRAGGING the last 7 minutes with no stamina left on the bar.. but playing Center the last few minutes I went from a B+ to a B- with Bynum lighting it up.. couldn't even stay with a center without any stamina at all. Lost 117-108 to the 76ers. Best thing is I figure that going to simulation instead of default for this career might be why I'm actually getting free throw attempts? 6 milestones including the 3 and-ones in a game.. missed 2 free throws or would have gotten to the 20 in a row

Finally managed to get a dunk this game, I hadn't chosen which dunk for him to use until before the game so not sure if not having an animation chosen affected not dunking?

I am afraid to ask for trade suggestions. I am getting the guys I want, but we are trading in VERY valuable pieces. We traded away 4 of our 5 starters total this year. First was George, then the PF Warren(very pissed about it), Next Year's 1st rd pick, Hibbert, then Granger, this years 1st rd pick. The one I am the most pissed about is Warren and the 1st rd picks. He has played very well. In Whole we got, Reigning ROY SG, John Jenkins, Blair(a guy, I wanted for years), and a backup C.

We are having a TERRIBLE season. I havent gotten my job back, but havent been playing games at all. I only have 1 key game left in 6th season. I WAS looking forward to the offseason because we HAD a almost locked top-10 pick. I said had because we JUST traded away our 1st rd pick for a 68 OVR player. I was extremely pissed. I asked for that player, but I didnt expect us to make a move at all. We did free up alot fo cap space, but all of the FA classes have been terrible.

Looking forward to next season. Almost all of our players are coming back. I am hoping Devin Harris retires(35). Our SG position is straight. We need a backup PG, starting SF, backup PF and C. We are basically went from a playoff team to a young rebuilding team. That top 10 pick would have helped us big time. I will definitely look at what that team gets at that pick. I am hoping that there is some good players in the FA.

I made a really stupid move with trade suggestions. PG on the Thunder and everything is going well sharing the position with Westbrook, scoring points as the starting SG and getting assists with Durant (who is leading the league in scoring). We are dominating and getting ready for a playoff run and the GM calls me in to ask for trade suggestions. I give the names of several role players (hoping he will trade some of the other PG's on the team) and I remember that the Lakers did not sign Howard to a long term deal, so I float his name. Sure enough, a week later we trade Durant and Perkins to the Lakers for Howard (DOH). Now the whole vive of the team has changed and OKC just does not seem right without Durant. We can still win with Howard, but I don't like it as much. We went from being a run and gun team to a pick and roll team. I also do not think Howard is signed beyond 1 year, so we will see if he leaves next year. So, be careful what you ask for as you may get it (and pay the price).

I have had the opposite experience from many of you.

On the Timberwolves, we have had 5 PGs now with Brandon Roy as our only real SG (He is injured at least 40% of each season) for several seasons. Ricky Rubio is -18 on his skills and asks for a trade every other month it seems, but our GM never trades him or any other PG.

Rubio is the only person I've complained about and asked to have traded, and the GM even says "We agree with you...blablabla, but he is never traded. It is frustrating, and I honestly do not know what to do to get him off the team.

I really wish 2k would spend some serious time redeveloping its team composition logic and its trade ai. This is the most frustrating thing about this mode in my opinion.

It is probably where you are at as a player. Since I had a higher OVR, I have been getting the players I wanted, but losing some of my fav players.

I dont even ask for players over 82 OVR because you are most likely going to lose a player you like playing with. I wish we could ask for draft picks because I would love to have players develop and that can contribute.

I was in my 2nd year with the Pistons in my current 3pt specialist PG MyCAREER and our team was absolutely awful. Our main weakness in my rookie year was the absence of any real rebounders outside of Greg Monroe. Well, in the off-season they ask me who to go after. So I work long and hard going over the list of the weak FAs, picking the best PFs out I could possibly find to fill that board gap. They don't sign any of them. In fact, they go the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of what the team needs. Sign 3 EXTRA PGs and basically nobody else. So we're starting Jonas Jerebko at PF. The guy can shoot alright, but he's about as weak a rebounder as I am in real-life (not good). So after about 20 games, we're like 3-17 or something. Not even me, Stuckey and Monroe combining for 70 a game is helping. So I complain about losing as much as possible until the GM asks me for 5 guys. I ask for 4 Power Fowards, all mid to low 70s but very good rebounders. My last guy I just throw out is Thomas Robinson (79 overall) for fun since I'm a Jayhawks fan figuring no way I'd get that lucky. Well low and behold, they actually trade for him. Dealt Brandon Knight and Tayshaun Prince,two guys I could live without and didn't miss whatsoever. With T-Rob, Maxiell and Monroe we then had a nice rebounding core. So, if you ask for the right guys apparently, you might get lucky with a deal.

You guys are all complaining.. just stop sucking at the game.. I average 35 pts 6 Reb 7 assts 4 steals and 2 blocks as a 2 guard on HOF 7 min quarters.. just play the game and get better..

I am waiting for the patch to start my PF/C career. I want to do some different. It is a different experience being/having to be a play maker vs. being a contributor and not playing primarily on the perimeter.

I am hoping that top 10 pick we traded away to Dallas is a bust. If not, I will ask our team to trade for him. I tried to get our team to trade for guys we traded away. I hope that there is a good FA class. If Devin Harris retires, we should have over 10 mil in cap space. Our 2 Main needs is Starting SF and Backup PF. Already have replacements for Courtney Lee.

Unless we get a good player, I dont we are a contender let alone playoff team. We dont necessarily need a Starting SF because we have the reigning ROY SG starting at SF, but he is short for SF(6'3). I am hoping that some of our players progress well.

Ok correct me if im wrong... but for a 99 OVR guy, things like Interceptor are useless right? It wouldnt change your stats at all since you already have a 99 steal.. Correct?

Funny thing is most of the players we traded for is last option for me. Most of the times, I had 4/5 players so I was like bump it might as well pick a 5th guy. And we get him. Some of the trades are good but, some of them are robberies. A top 10(maybe even top 5-8) for a 68 OVR player. We should have traded a bench player and a 2nd pick.

One thing I noticed is that in the future there isnt a lot of good young SFs in draft classes. There are good PGs, SGs, SOME PFs and Centers. But, I havent seen that many good SFs at all. I think there is only like 3 generated SFs over 80 and 2 of them are on the same team(both 92 OVR). I tried to go after one of them, but kind of glad I didnt.

Not really. I have 99 Steal, but Im not able to get Pick pockets. I dont get that many interceptions(because I bait too much).

But, the important ones are the ones that are % boosts and teammate boosts. The ones like the Inceptor and HighLight Film are the two that arent really important if you have maxed ratings at that skill

But, I am about to do a test tomorrow or later. I will take Interceptor off and put back on Pick Pocket(already bought it). I will check if I can do interceptions with no problem. I think I only had Lvl 1 Pick Pocket.

I am thinking about buying the Floor General skill

My team made 2 trades. 1 I loved the other not as much.. still adjusting to playing with Wade.

2nd year with team traded Zebo and a 1st round pick for Faried and I love Faried, very athletic and hustles. Loved this trade.

3 years in, Traded Rudy Gay and Mike Conley for a very declined Wade.. I used to have a super athletic Forward group with Rudy and Faried and I am going to miss Rudy for sure.. The ONLY thing I like about this trade is I am finally starting at PG again, they have been playing me at the 2 spot for so long, I am only 2 inches taller than Conley!

Not sure if I am going to stay with Memphis.. May move to a team with a young athletic guy and we can be a deadly duo. Of course when I am a free agent I mean, going to stick it out until then.

On that note.. does anyone know what happens if you tell your GM you are going to test free agency? I can only see bad things coming from it.. traded? Come off the bench? Less minutes? Chemistry going down?

I may have to give up on myplayer be because my ratings are permanently all down 5-7 points in all my skill stats. It only effects those and not physical.

No one can explain why and it is making playing any level above pro really difficult.
