Anybody know why I cant make my shots in blacktop? I get perfect release everytime and miss wide open shots.. I have an 87 three point and my friends have theres in the 70s and make theres everytime.. so frustrating haha

Can you have more than one going ? I have a PG one but I wanted to create an athletic center as well. I didn't want to lose my progress though


BTW what's the best shot and free throw you can buy? Ray Allen and Larry Bird?

From what I can tell, you can have three MC saves. The only draw back is that you have the same player name and facial look. You can have different nicknames, but you can't change the player name. You can change the height and weight, but not modify your face.

Changing My Player's face changes all My Career players

From what i heard the Xbox 360 doesn't have an issue other then the ASW glitch

I didnt have the ASW glitch at all in my 8 seasons.

I have a 6 4 Athletic SG for the Raptors. I play 12 minute quarters with custom sliders, but I notice that there are way too many blowout. Either my team is blown out or my team blows them out. I'm pretty sure I haven't played one close game in 23 games. Also, the scores have been way too high, constantly in the 100+. Every game I've played have had one team in the 80's by the start of the 4th. Anyone have sliders that are good for MyCareer to make it more realistic in 12 minute quarters?

You can't adjust sliders in MyCareer, only the difficulty.

The custom sliders are only applicable for association/quick games/... , not for MyCareer.

What I do is copy MyCareer on another saving device (USB), so with this way, if MyCareer is glitching out, I just use the copy MyCareer and use that.

My minutes have been decreasing even though I get the most points for the team and getting teammate grades ranging from A- to A+ (and the occasional B+). And why does the game put me in the SF (sometimes PF) spot in the last few minutes of the game even though I'm a 6'4 PG??!! This being the reason my teammate grade goes down. This is just frustrating!!!

as a result, my numbers have gone down. In my last 6 games I've been averaging: 22 ppg | 4 rpg | 6 apg

down from the usual 29 ppg | 6 rpg | 9 apg

I think everyone is having issues with minutes and position. My 7'1" power forward played only 12 minutes in the first half (I start). I KNEW they were going to leave me out there until I was on empty and crawling on the floor. That is bad enough....but then the coach puts me in....as point guard? What the hell! Fortune would have it I ended up with 4 pts and 6 assists with one TO in the position. The other guard did not come near me until I was in mid shot range. Very Odd game.

Probably Ray Allen's. But, I wasnt able to time it like last year, so I stuck with Generic. But, I might equipped Ray Allens again to see if I can time it now. With Generic, I am either just early or just last, I rarely time it perfectly.

You have first two years and a team option 3rd. They'll most likely pick you up on the 3rd year, unless your just plain bad. My team picked up my 3rd year option, I will be a free agent next offseason.

Dang. I was looking forward to becoming a free agent after this season. I'm in my 2nd season.

Won my 4th straight key game to open the season. This one against Bulls. Despite having 23pts and 14 assists, my teammates was the reason why we won. My player couldnt take playing long minutes and was basically useless in the 2nd half. They wouldnt take me out the game when I really wanted to be out. Rose was taking advantage of that(they kept him in the game basically the whole time). I honestly thought we would lose. But, we are a great 4th quarter team. We started the quarter on a 14-4 run, but they came back. I was able to get the 8 pts in last 2mins. We had 4 players over 20. Hickman had 30pts and 8 rebs. Waters had 21pts, 7 rebs, 4 assists. Melo had 20pts and 12 rebs.

I might to lose some minutes because I was useless toward the end of 1st half and 2nd half. I would love to spread 6 of my minutes to some bench players.

Through 20 total games, we are 11-9(4-0 in key games). Every starter avg 12+ pts. I avg 20ppg, 9.4 apg, and 2.1 spg. Melo avgs 18ppg and 6 rpg. Waters avgs 15.5ppg and 6.2 rpg. Mullins avgs 3.1 ppg, 9.7 rbs, 1.1 blocks. Hickman avg 12.5 pts, 7 rebs, and 1.1 rebs. We are 3rd in PPG(107.3), 1st in FG%(49%), 9th in FT%, 1st in Assist per game(26.1), 2nd best in TOPG.

Any news about Visual Concepts or 2K Sports addressing the horrible, unacceptable bug that simulates your season right after the Dunk Contest? Just happened to me a second time and it's made me a little PO'd to the point that I'm probably trading this game at the next available opportunity.

Just play out this season and only do key games next season, some teams only have a few key games a season so it might not take too long

"Bring your team within 10 points". This comes up for me as my 66 OVR rated center with the Rockets are playing against the Lakers with the score 66-44 LA....Is this 2K idea of sarcasm? And not only that, it seems to be glitched because I get this at the start of the 3rd qtr and since the game mechanics isn't smart enough to understand that I'm not gonna make it happen and my team obviously can't do it, I never get a rest and play 20 min straight with me completely out of stamina because "it still thinks" I'll do it eventually. We lose 116-89 Ridiculous. End of game, I have 36 pts 12 reb

The runs that teams can do on this level can sometimes be crazy. However, every once in a while when you are on the GOOD end of one...it just rocks. Played the "new Lakers" at home and OMG we torched them. Everyone on the team played stellar. I had like 22 pts and 18 rbs but really it was not needed. Just goooooood to crush that team. They are great on offense but defensively...ever with Howard....not so much.

PS I hate VC. I find myself doing all the odd ways we have to earn it more than I do playing my actual guy. That...is lame.

the socks glitch in MyCareer is irritating. I know it's a small thing but it is just an eyesore. white socks in an away game while all my teammates wear black socks? i want to be part of the team, not the odd one out! Lol
