Not at all good sir, i totally understand what you mean.
I play basketball with my good old pop everyday so i know what you mean, he feels the same way when he sees me playing the game lol, hes just like "hey if you wanna play basketball lets go then" haha, this may sound cheesy, but i feel like crew its more about fantasy than anything, its about in someway fulfilling those fantasies of playing in the nba with your buddies. the competition can get pretty intense, makes it fun.
O it does affect me as well of course, i play every mode, played association mode today and saw the 25 ovr ratings.. i just changed it for the players i cared about, i mean lets be honest, in every draft theres only like 5-8 players that end up being something in the league anyways, so i could care less about the others lol, as for my player, i just don't get whats the big deal anyways, since your my player after season 1 ends up being OP eitherways.
Am just not a believer of unnecessary drama, i believe if drama can be prevented than heck, prevent it, if people would do that more often the world wouldn't be in such a bad state.
As i mentioned before i just don't want people who are looking to buy the game to be misinformed because of one little bad detail regarding the game, people tend to overreact stuff, am very positive that a lot of people can enjoy this game, but as i mentioned before i don't think this years game would be worth the 60$ if your an offline player, i feel the game has improved a lot, but a big part of that is including online along it.
Im old, so Crew has no interest to me. My feeling is people should get off of the lazy rears and go to the park and play or a rec center if they want to play together.. No wonder there are so many worthless kids these days

I dont fault you or anyone else for liking that mode, and while I could care less about it, I am glad they brought it back, and improved the gameplay for the online guys.
Thats all Im saying is dont say who cares about something that just dont interest you, because all because you dont affect you, it deos effect others. Heck I feel about MY PLayer like I do Crews, but I do feel bad for those that love My Player and have it ruined after a few years because of crappy draft classes.
