yes I AM VERIFYING THIS. I tried it myself. There is no way to change sides in game in franchise.

Has anyone tried the change in exhibition and then saved settings after doing so? or maybe changing the option in any of the menus anywhere? I'm getting desperate, I was so stoked to hear you can change this but not being able to in franchise sucks.

Damn. Another franchise mode ruined this year by vc. I hope college hoops can come through.

Can anyone seriously think of how they missed this in testing?

The game is so solid, and they clearly know basketball, but how can they not notice timeouts aren't being called?

The game had to be tested.. It's actually a very good game, but then there is a small but "big" glitch like this that makes it through to the final product.

How?

Unfortunately, the "genius" devs over there saw fit to remove SEASON mode, so basically the whole game is fubar'ed.

They better release a patch for this. Gamers should demand one. This stuff isn't acceptable, because you only have one choice now. Play a freaking exhibition game, or not play at all. Half the games you'll play in Association will come down to the last minute, and at least 80% (and I believe that's an underestimation), you'll win those with no problem because the AI just won't call timeouts and you can't even change it.

And no, I don't believe they did any real QA on this game. If they did, these flaws just would not be there. I believe their idea of QA is having gamers try out the game at gaming events here and there, take down notes on their issues and try to fix them. Problem is, gamers only play this game for an hour or two at those gaming conventions, and that's not good enough for QA testing.

These flaws are just inexcusable, IMHO.

maybe, but im skeptical

ill try it out

this is not really an issue that will affect the game for me regardless. It's the best BBall game of all-time IMO.

ill try it out
