    Re: Understanding slider coefficients

Question is, will you eventually release a slider set?

you should switch sides every time you change in the slider. you should also pause and unpause in between to see the results.

      Try this in all star
      hands -43
      off/def awareness- 40
Every other attributes that are only affected in diff change will be set at 47. the result is either there is only a +1 in their attribute rating and only +5 in SIT/SOD and BS.

OP are you sure that every attribute in pro is in deafult?

aah ok haha, yeah I tweaked some in the attribute sliders. what I like of my slider is that the PIP problem in AI is solved.
PIP is about 30%-35% of their total points

so how can I post a new thread pls?

Okay, start a game with default slider settings (all 50's). Right after tip wait 2-3 seconds. Pause game, check sub menu, nothing should be altered. Go into slider section, make adjustments to HUM side. Start game back up for a few seconds. Pause, check sub menu, ratings will be altered.

For CPU slider changes, its the same process except you need to change your controller over to CPU when you pause it to see the altered ratings.
For example; Start game, 2-3 secs, pause, make adjustments HUM/CPU, unpause game 2-3 secs, pause, go to controller sides, switch side, go straight to sub menu, you'll see CPU altered ratings.

Probably in the backend yes, this is speculation, but its based 100% in sound logic. You will not be able to see the rating adjustments though.

I will double check, but when I originally checked there was no alterations on PRO to the CPU that I saw, I could've missed it though.

Thanks, I don't believe the CPU gets their shooting ratings boosted, its just that Shoot off Dribble and Shoot in Traffic are raised, therefore "boosting" there shot percentages.

Also your sliders are very similar to my test set right now.

In the slider section at the very top left of all the threads you'll see a button that says "new thread" click that. I know OS just started the whole 20 posts before you can start a thread, so that could be a reason why you're not seeing it, I dunno.

To the guy who asked if I am going to be releasing a slider set, yes a few of them.

I will be doing the following sets: (All will be made for 2k rosters as custom rosters need to be examined and then and only then can a slider set be made for them)

                      Pro (offline) HUM v CPU
                      All Star (Online Association)
                      SuperStar (Online Association)
                      HoF (Online Association)

Of course they will all be able to be used offline as I am making them for OAs that can handle both USER and CPU games.

Too bad we cant really do anything with this 2 crucial affected attribute.

So basically, in Hof, we are dealing with mini lebrons with those huge boost. LOL.

Nice! All I have to do is play on Hall of Fame and make all the CPU sliders -10.

                              Thanks for your work!

                                THANK YOU!!
This is a five star post. Great find, can't wait to play tonight on HOF minus the CPU boost and see if I can get a realistic challenging game.

For comment above, I don't think it's CPU sliders -10. From my understanding, change the listed attributed make CPU at 43, which is -7.
