    I am having a similar problem. Before all my games I have given all of my starters and bench full energy, and the star totals in the bottom left corner of the screen are correct, but once the game starts and I leave the page and come back, the totals are all about 200 less than what they were before. This happens during the middle of the games. It also shows my players having their max stats and full energy, but the game allows me to give them energy, and the totals in the bottom corner increase. Once the games are over and I check the results in the schedule, the stat totals are what they should have been. I am not sure if this is having an effect on games(it is causing me to give every player 2 energies because I want to be sure they are full) but it seems my games have gotten much closer with players I used to kill. Any suggestions?

      Have two Carl Landry cards, look exactly the same except for the stats (both not levelled at all) and can't combine them. Help?

        You've got both versions of his card. They just did a mid-year update.

              Thanks to them for actually reading the feedback forms from the game. I've dealt with too many games in the past where you were just out of luck in those situations.
              I had the same bug on my side and CatDaddy Games ask me yesterday for more information about the bug.
              I hope they will be able to bring the missing card back to my inventory !

                So I'm unable to purchase credits on my iPhone 5s. Can download other apps and make purchases in other apps, but no My Team Mobile. Could do it from my GS4 though. Not sure if it's a bug or a glitch with my account or what.

                  Hello,

                  I've been using the My2K14 Companian App for some time but have never been able to actually log onto the 2K Sports Login part where i enter my email and password in order to get VC for my Xbox 360 version of the game. From what I have read is they havent gotten everyones email and stuffs connected so some peoples accounts wont work? I know my account email and everything works because ive tried it, and tried changing my password over and over again and it still doesnt work. I have also changed that little button the the 2K site to go from 360 2k13, to 360 2k14 and that didnt work. Ive used both my email and my xbox gamertag as the username on the app and it still does not work. please can someone help me!?

                    Can't remember how I first logged in, think it was game centre. Anyway, went to play today and can't log in through game centre so clicked fb and had to start a new account. Is something up with game centre login? Would like to continue using that account - david kettle I think is the username.

                      Any time I purchase credits, I'm charged twice from the App Store. I have contacted apple support which I should be hearing back from shortly. This might be a bug you guys should address ASAP since it's happened to me 3 or 4 times.

                        I got hammered with 'Waiting for Network' and was totally unable to login last night to keep grinding for the Rivals Clash...

                        I dropped from rank 117 to 133 in the 1:45 (7:30-9:15) that I couldn't login. Robbing me of the Jordan card I was easily pacing to get.

                        Right before I was unable to log back in for that stretch of time, my rank changed to 'Unranked' but I maintained all of my points. I was watching basketball and checking my phone every few minutes to see when I could log back on.

                        I would like to get an answer as to why I was unable to continue to grind for the Rivals while seemingly everyone around me was able to.

                          I was also hit by the blurred out portrait, 999 every stat bug after drafting an Epic Nene, it sucks, he would have been a dupe for me, sent a support email in, we will see what happens. How does CatDaddy respond to the support threads?

                            Are you able to login to https://www.nba2k.com/login with your e-mail address and password? If you are and can see the correct 2k14 stats there, then go to the app and do the following:


                            1. Press the "gear" on the home page.
                            2. Logout of MyGame
                            3. Press the NBA2k14 button (aka MyGame button).
                            4. At the login type in the exact same e-mail and password you used on the website. That should allow you to login.
                            5. If that still doesn't work, go back to the Home page and press the "gear".
                            6. Hit Send Feedback and send us an e-mail with the details of your problem.

                              It sounds like you have In App Purchases turned off for MyNBA2K14 specifically if you're able to make purchases in other apps. Go into the Apple settings and manually check the MyNBA2k14 app settings.

                                Please send in a Feedback mail with your receipts from your purchases. Obviously, double charging you should not be occurring.
