        I lost all the common pros, uncommon pros, and rare pros + all those support cards that I collected in the past in my card catalog -_- what happened? I spent so much time collecting them. I had all the common and uncommon cards along with a lot of rare cards excluding around 15 players that I didn't rare pro yet. I'm really disappointed, how do I fix this?

          Go to the main screen on the app and hit the settings button, then click feedback not support! it must be feedback, once u do that it will generate an email for you and all u have to do is tell them ur catalog is gone. It takes about 3-5 days to get it fixed u also might not get all ur cards back. I'm missing a few common pro and uncommon pros

              It looks like my catalog is back (I think some cards are still missing), but the KG card is gone. Not sure if that goes hand in hand (like if there's a glitch or something).

                We did a first round of fixes for people that reported problems with their Catalog. It's complicated, but the long story short, the fix we had to implement set your Catalog back to a point last week. If you collected cards since that point, but those cards are no longer in your Collection, then those new cards will not appear in your Catalog after the fix. That probably explains why your Rookie card isn't appearing in the Catalog. Unless you had it in your Collection then it should be there. If that is the case send in a Feedback mail and we'll take a look at your account.

                    I was one of the first ones to report this problem. All I got was generic email to delete my cache, which I did and didn't work. I've keep my new cards so latter issue will not affect me. What should I do next? Thanks!

                        If you got a response to clear your cache, you probably contacted 2K Support. Send in a Feedback mail instead, and Cat Daddy will take care of getting your catalog fixed.


                        The 300 Credits are a thank you for dealing with our server issues last week. Everyone got a free 300 Credits. We are in the process of giving them out today, so if you didn't get yours yet just wait, it is coming. Should be there by tomorrow afternoon at the latest.

                            My catalog is gone. For a second time, after it reapeared partialy (about 90-95 percent) yesterday. Anyone else?

                                The past three lotteries, a network issue (not on my end) has preventing me from even finding out if I got a rookie card. It's quite frustrating. Why is it only happening after I get the VC and lose the ability to enter the lottery after I restart the app?
