See, the thing is, we do already know what kind of company it is and what they represent. if you put your faith in something that you know is bad, you deserve whatever happens. That's why I'm not stupid enough to spend hundreds of dollars then get banned.

And why should I move on? My account plays just fine, for free, because I don't cheat.

Where exactly do you come in in this process? You don't you're just here trolling. So why should I or anyone humour your obviously insecure childish remarks?

By move on i meant leave this thread since their are people who haven't cheated who got banned for no reason who need customer service and evidence for their banning, and your trolling isn't helping.

Nobody cares that you didn't spend money or that you're not banned, nobody cares that you 'have a life'. If your insecurity dictates you have to post repeatedly about this then don't expect to be considered anything but a troll.

I don't think DnDMan is a troll - I found the initial comment to be pretty funny. It may not be obviously tongue-in-cheek for the non-native English speakers here though.

And legally, I doubt CD needs to show evidence. Most legal precedent gives companies deference in how they police their games. The only court that matters here is the court of public opinion.

Yeah so i didn't find issue with his initial comment, funny for sure. Its what he's saying now that show he's a troll. why come here and rub it on the faces of those that are banned that he's not banned? what possible reason is there for that?

Yeah obviously there is nothing illegal about what they're doing perfectly within their rights, but from a moral and ethical standpoint this is wrong and that troll (who i don't see posting that often anyway) comes in here talking about how he's not banned and how everyone is offended or some BS, well of course people have an issue with being banned inexplicably. Not sure what he's trying to contribute but i can say hands down it is nothing meaningful.

There are posts about how it "wasn't them", how they "didn't do anything", and how they are all innocent. About how their cat stepped on their phone repeatedly at night and didn't step on the right buttons for the authentication code. Whatever the excuse.

Could there be a few legitimate "it wasn't me"? Sure, but certainly not as many as are popping up. Do you think CD cares? Nope.

There are posts about how it "wasn't them", how they "didn't do anything", and how they are all innocent. About how their cat stepped on their phone repeatedly at night and didn't step on the right buttons for the authentication code. Whatever the excuse. All of those people go away after a month.

These are the facts here; players have been banned without reason with them not having cheated, I've not been here long but this is the only time i've seen people protest about inexplicable banning. Sure there are cheaters and ban them I say but if there has been a mistake then people can speak out about it sure CD don't have to do anything about it but it should be known that without cheating a few users got banned. You're obviously here to stir the pot with a few irrelevant statements. You don't know the facts and you're here calling longtime honest members cheaters and prancing about saying you didn't cheat well good for you, these people (some of them at least) haven't cheated either, so honestly pack up and leave this is not about your initial comment at all, its about you utter ignorance and your continued display of obvious insecurity in a thread where people with legitimate concerns are trying to get answers.

EDIT - for clarification I'm not banned either but you don't see me prancing about calling everyone a cheater because of some deep seated insecurity. Sure there are probably some cheaters here riding the wave of legitimate members hoping they'd get unbanned too but i know for a fact there are at least 3-4 members here that have been banned unfairly

Also want to say that CD will probably not give any evidence coz i think they dont want to share any information that will help (the actual) cheaters to improve their cheating methods.

If there was a way for CD to inform those implicated while making sure that that information wouldnt be exposed to the general public, i am pretty sure they would do it.

It sucks for those affected, i know, but i am pretty sure (convinced actually) that no official explanation will be released.

And I'd be interested to see you find where I said what you think I said. Don't put words in my mouth, I'm more than capable of speaking for myself, thank you. I edit for corrections that I don't see are needed until after I post, or for additional thoughts that come to me right after I hit send.

Although I really don't care about your feelings personally, if it will make you happy then I will proofread better before I hit send. Maybe it will also allow me to add the additional thoughts without editing.

Well there is nowhere to find it now seeing as you edited it out but you definitely said that if someone got banned you know for a fact they cheated. So don't try and get smart because no one is putting any words into your mouth it's just so much utter nonsense is leaking out of your mouth it's hard to not respond.
