I don't think they are not reacting because it was a "giveaway." Dan an has always replied to tweets by this point in the week so the fact that he has said nothing indicates to me that something is going on in response to the matter. Obviously we don't know what but his Twitter inactivity says a lot to me.

Let me preface this by saying I did not get any AS packs for free

For anyone blaming players who "bought" the packs, you sound extremely ignorant. Why wouldn't they take free cards? It's not like they're stealing the cards from anyone. Also stop trying to compare this to banks and such. Your metaphors make no sense.

I personally do not care whether they rollback or not. Ultimately this is not the final tier of the game, so it is not entirely game breaking (Although it is somewhat game breaking)

Those who got the AS packs now really have nothing to play for until PO tier. So if you didn't get any AS packs here's my suggestion: either quit the game or keep playing, gain RP through goals and AH sales, build up some RP and WCs and then crush all those free AS cards with your PO pros.

If you did get the AS cards, good for you, but please stop trying to make up every possible option where CD doesn't rollback.

All in all this is CDs decision and I doubt they will listen to any of us. They will do whatever they feel will save/gain them the most money, that I can guarantee

You just proved you have no reading comprehension. Never did i allude to this being a federal crime or on that level. I simply used the federal law statement as a way of people not wasting time with comebacks like my states allows this and my state allows that, which are all true, states have different laws, but can't conflict with the fed laws. Simple point over the head of children and young adults though.



Point is those AS will be gone soon enough. I am certainly not the salty one as i would just move on to another game if nothing is done, like many of the other big spenders that fit in to the same bracket as me. So yes i am sure this will be rectified in some way, and no i don't think the people who took advantage committed a federal crime, or any crime at all. In fact i don't even believe anyone deserves to be punished for this.



That still doesn't make all the people who did what they did, knowing full well they were wrong, regardless of the bs they spout about not knowing, good people. No they are children who were raised wrong and a large portion of them will be living off the system in a few years. Your welcome for my tax money too!

I'm starting to think that actually CD is frightened as f**k because they know they messed up, but they don't know how to fix it and so they stay silent.
Surely they have noticed the armageddon on the game, many grinders left and purchases are at minimum.

Also curious to see what 2K thinks about that and CD ridicolous behaviour and user support.

C'mon, tuesday is already over, it's nonsense we don't even have a clue on what they're gonna do.

Exactly what it is beginning to look like....or they're in a meeting discussing how they are going to fire the person who allowed this to happen and use his salary to recoup their losses!!

What about nobody is answering because they are asking lawyers what they can do to solve this fine mess.
I think people could sue them if they try to right this one out removing cards from players when those players have all the right to keep them since it was a CD mistake to begin with.

Very true, they may be in discussions with 2K and Amazon/Google/Apple reps as well on best procedures with all of the pending requests for refunds (along with possible changes within CD structure and relationship between 2K and CD). When big $$$ is involved, the law firms get involved.

You guys are crazy. When you sign up you agree to their terms. No refunds ect. They're within their right to pull out or redo whatever they wish. It's from a public relations move that they would come back and offer compensation.
It's a video game, they messed up and after all the sour grapes I kinda hope they leave the cards alone. To say people who got free cards on a game says anything about them is silly. Furthermore as if those would have guessed days later 0 fixes or response. I hope they rollback but people crying over the ethics of a time waster is amusing.

The problem is somebody like me who has spent at least 200 in the game and even bought AS packs when they came out. I never got a star but not complaining. There is a 13 year old kid in my season who abused the glitch and has never spent any money on the game and has 8 AS foil pros. As a paying customer I do feel wronged but also I missed an opportunity to take my lineup to the top. It's unfortunate but if I were on the other side I would want to keep the cards.

A similar coin glitch happened in madden mobile and they rolled back. I deleted the app because I was wronged out of cards and coins when I played honestly. How CD handles this will no doubt lose customers and leave some people ticked off. The important thing for them is to lose the least amount of customers. And I think a roll back would do that. But there is also a legal/refund side to this that we have no clue on. So the most interesting part to this whole plot is how they handled it. CD and NWGameDad have been very professional and thoughtful when it comes to public outcry. Do I have faith in them to restore the game? No but I don't think that's possible. But I'm sure they will come up with a solution to tick off the least amount of people

Feb 13 Exploit Resolution

On Saturday, February 13, we discovered an issue in MyNBA2K16 that a small number of players exploited to gain massive amounts of All-Star packs and cards.

To preserve the integrity of competition and to protect the overall game experience across events and Seasons, players who took advantage of this exploit will soon find their MyCards returned to a state that closely resembles their composition prior to use of the exploit.

Everyone with AS cards that were acquired freely should train them away or quick sell them
