Maybe because Redd is having a better season than Rip.

Not only that But the Suns set another NBA record, of their 9 losses so far they have not been beaten by double figures, team who held that record before you ask? The 95-96 Bulls. Oh yeah and ZB9 your beloved Mavs have only barely gotten by the by the Spurs with the biggest point differential being 5 points, Suns beat em by what 16?

a win is a win. two good teams, game is supposed to be close. The Spurs aren't the same Spurs, they've gotton OLD very quickly. The Suns are a team that lulls you to sleep. You think all you have to do is match them in scoring and as soon as you get comfortable, BAM, they hit you with back to back threes and they're off. The Cavs got a taste of it too the other night. They stayed close most of the game and then Phoenix did their thing. The Spurs have gotten old and can't come close to playing that style. That's why the Mavs can match up well with Phoenix because of the ability to run with them and slow it down.

I have a solution to all of this. We'll name Dirk the MVP, Stack the 6th man of the year, Avery the coach of the year, make sure that all the Mavs player make the all star team next year, give Mo Ager the ROY, Harris the Defensive POY and incase I'm missing anything we'll give their cheerleaders the Cheering of the Year award as well.
          My Teams:
          NFL - Washington Redskins
          MLB - Detroit Tigers
          NBA - Detroit Pistons
          NHL - Washington Capitals
          NCAA - Virginia Cavaliers
          NCAA - Arkansas Razorbacks
          NCAA - Michigan St Spartans

Another reason why Nash does not deserve another MVP. People act like he is playing with stiffs, but the Suns have a ton of talent (including two all-stars not named Nash) and an awesome, stat friendly system.

I could care less about the Mavs only getting one, as "we" don't care about that stuff, but people need to take a step back and quit declaring Nash as the GOAT.

Yet someone will still complain that Donnie Nelson Jr. didn't get exec of the year.

There's really only one thing that needs to be said...

It's an All-Star game. Who cares?

I care, because I want to see my favorite player participating.

Since when did being named to the All Star game equate to winning titles? This has gone way outta hand.

It's an exhibition game. You have the entire season, and hopefully playoffs, to get to see your favorite players play.

I'd rather have all my favorite players not play in it, because if they got hurt playing in a pointless game, I'd be pissed. Rather have them stay at home and not risk getting hurt.

Because everybody is going crazy in here because this player got snubbed and that player got snubbed. It makes no sense to get so upset over this junk of a game.

If you have great performances on your job, working extra hours, taking on extra assignments and always helping your other co-workers and you never received any recognition for it, how would you feel.
