wrong somiss. i do think you are the sole mavs fan here that deserves respect. you are just a fan of the team and you show the heart of it.

Some others on the other hand here have been less than cordial.

That said, I have said from day 1 that I want the warriors to put the mavs out, but it's not a secret that the refs are either inconsistent or make blatant bias calls for the mavs in dallas, and im not just talking this series.

Dre did you watch this game? Bad calls were made, they're always made, but none other than the Baron call, which is called 99% of the time, really affected the game. This wasn't "Mavrefs," this was Golden State going to a half court offense. The free throws were pretty even until the end when GSW were forced to foul.

Not all of it, but again im not surprised the warrirors two best players were ousted again in dallas in a loss.

          Is it another coincidence?

What about the non-call on Jrich's 3 right before the Baron foul?

The slow down was obviously the bigger reason for the Warriors not closing the game out (since a 9 point lead was a 1 point deficit by then) but Dirk clearly made contact with Jrich on that shot.

Both of the Dallas wins have the same thing in common, they play like **** and the refs bail them out and let them shoot free throws at the end of the game.
He definitely made contact and made contact in a situation where his team should have been looking to foul. Is the referee supposed to check Davis' foul totals before he makes the call or just call it like he sees it? The same people bitching about this call would be bitching if they hadn't called it and Howard had passed up court for an easy 2. Golden St. lost because they choked, not because B. Davis picked up his his last foul with 21 seconds left or because Jackson got ejected in the last few seconds. The hipocrasy in this thread is hilarious. I'd be willing to bet half the guys whining about the refs are the same people that bash Mavs fans for complaining about refs. Pathetic.

I'll agree that the Stephen Jackson ejection looked like bs, but I just can't read anything into Baron fouling out, it's a call that is almost always made.

Yeah, the Mavs wouldn't have made it those last 5 seconds up by five if Stepehn Jackson had been in the game. Apparently Baron Davis didn't commit 5 other fouls or make contact with Howard on the foul either.

Dirk's offensive rebound, blocked shot, 2 threes, and FTs from intentional fouls are what won the game...not the basically meaningless ejection for Jackson with 8 seconds left and Davis fouling out at the very end.

seems as though the Warriors dont take losing well

I thought I saw Dirk hit his elbow too.

Oh well, you can bet the bay area will be ROCKING on Thursday!!! Plus, I expect Baron and Stephen Jackson to bounce back strong. I was also wondering why they were throwing up so many 3's instead of driving it to Dirk to get him frustrated.

I'll agree that the Stephen Jackson ejection looked like bs, but I just can't read anything into Baron fouling out, it's a call that is almost always made.

No biggie man. I think the GSW takes it at home in front of their crowd who has suffered far too long and are now about to witness their team give them something special.

Thanks for the thoughts Brandon. One of my fav posters here.

Upon further review, now I see why the foul call looked so bad. I don't think it would have changed the outcome on the game, but these ref's need to stop assuming fouls occur.
