Boozer got into foul trouble because he commited some fouls. Let's not get into the conspiracy talk.

Man Deron Williams is impressive. I am liking this guy more and more, I wish I had gotten a chance to see more of him during the regular season.

Deron Williams is a stud. I would venture and say, that if the Jazz win a game, it will be because of him. Kid is a really nice talent.

The Spurs took the "Cavalier approach" and got complacent w/ a big lead... stopped really executing, and the Jazz started to capitalize on it.

Both series, if either team sleeps, you better watch out. You can't really sleep on any of the 4 remaining teams.

They need to have a five seconds in-bound timer or something.

spurs shot really well today, I've seen them shoot so well in the playoffs before. Boozer started racking up, but it was too late.

anyone think that Okur shot at the buzzer counted?

            It should be 108-102 Spurs

Even tho I'm a Spurs fan, I just feel bad.

I am the opposite.. I think every game will be good.. but I just think the Spurs will totally control every game. The Jazz will make their runs, but this year, they just don't have "enough" to get past the bigger, stronger, more talented San Antonio squad.

Every game should be relatively close though... as both teams execute pretty well.. so it'll be worth watching. In the end though, I expect the Spurs to win the games... probably the series 4-1.

Im not so sure about that, I think we saw more of the Jazz in the second half, the first half they got beaten down, got into foul trouble early, ie. Boozer, and seemed to lack confidence. In the second half they started playing closer to how they have played all year and considering the big 3 in San Antonio combined for 71 points I believe and the team shot 54%, I have to assume that wont keep up at the that pace and Utah will be fine. Now if you also take into account that Kirilenko and Okur shot a combined 6/20, I have even more reason to remain optimistic about their chances. I still say the Spurs win but I think the series is going to go atleast 6 games with a really good chance it goes 7.

EDIT- Utah also out rebounded the Spurs 48-33, if it wasnt for that horrible 2nd quarter the results very well could have been different.

Many of those boards came at the offensive end, and it's much easier to get a lot of offensive boards when your team is not shooting too well (Spurs - 54.3%, Jazz - 41.9%). Plus, the Spurs won't give up 38 points in the 4th quarter often like they did today.

However, I agree the series will end up going 6, as it will be really tough to win in Utah's building. They have great fans.

As for DocHolliday... did you see Parker's pass thru Okur's legs? Boring? I think not

still at home...like the Mavs. We actually beat San Antonio in the playoffs. Doesn't matter though, both are fishing.

Yeah, this would be my last pick for the Western Finals but life goes on.. I just have a feeling that the Spurs will handle them and get to rest. Opposed to the Pistons who might be in a dog fight with the Cavs. So you could potentiall have a fresh Spurs team against a beat up Pistons team.

No big shock to me, like I said the Spurs are just better, sorry S. James, it is just how I see it. I still say the Spurs in 4 or 5.
